A +27 favorability rating for Palin among Republicans is low, at least compared to her previous +83.
I think Sarah wants to be popular again which is why she hitched her wagon to Trump.
I don't think it's going to work out for her.
We do know what he though about winning in Iowa. We know he was disappointed. However, he explicitly refused to predict victory when asked by the media. Do you not know this?
I don’t know what you think I am blowing out of proportion... I am agreeing with you-— Trump is in some really serious trouble... or maybe not?
“Trump ran his campaign on the cheap.”
We have a winner.
Trump says he will build a wall.
The guy can’t even build a ground game.
“You are not the only one by far..... In fact I am pretty sure you are in the vast majority here...”
Well then there are sure a lot on here that are “all horn and no driveshaft!” Or stated another way, their mouths are in gear before they engage their brains!
People will join long lines to party at Trump’s traveling Sgt. Pepper shows.
They just won’t get in line to vote for him.
This is biggest Barbra Streisand.
Trump broke all previous records of votes received in republican caucus. If you subtract the stolen votes by Rafael Cruz, Trump is the actual leader.
Therefore the obvious conclusion is that Trump was successful in bringing voters to the caucus.
I’m here.
Only Grandpa Trump will be able stand toe to toe with her.
Simple fact> Cruz will look like a lawyer attacking an old grandma or Rubio like a know-it-all kid pretending he’s ready for the big time. Neither will overcome those visuals with air headed squishy voters. It’s all up to Bernie.
NYC billionaire finishes in 2nd place in Evangelical Iowa Republican caucus without ground game. That is scary.
I am watching you! Your post after NH results are out, should be interesting!
There is a good percentage on here who favor Cruz-— which I can understand given his past positions.... He has been Mr. conservative... but is not the majority-— Trump with his speeches and attitude has captured the attention of a majority of people on here... but there are still those who who still want to stay with Cruz... Hopefully when the results of the next few elections come in, they will move over to Trump.... We need that if we are gonna beat Hillary or Sanders... I know if Cruz ends up winning I will support him...
There was an interesting piece in Politico (yeah, I know) called ‘portrait of a Trump town’ or some such. It was a photo essay of Ottumwa, Iowa. pretty interesting.
Me either. And since Trump depends so much on moderates and liberals, Sarah Palin, or at least the image of Sarah Palin, probably hurt him more than it helped him.
Sarah wants sprinkles on her Ice Cream.
Sprinkles are for winners
Sarah is a quitter.
If Trump wins NH, Iowa will be nothing but a Trivial Pursuit question.
If Trump wins NH and then SC the Fireworks begin and Heads will explode, but Super Tuesday will be the Supernova.
Time will tell, five days and counting. Beware GOPe Rubio.
Cruz (1), Trump (2), nobody else will do...
“The biggest reason is people figured out he is a blowhard. People realized he would get old very fast if elected.
He would never give any specifics on anything he wants to do.
He would just talk loud and insult people. A little of that is ok; but that is all he had.”
Excellent analysis, I believe that’s at least part of it.
Lol Keep watching.
The Donald should be able to win one state - a neighbor state at that. Maybe Iowa scared him enough to actually start working for votes instead of running a cheap freebie tweet campaign.
Has anyone seen Trump shaking hands in a cafe or walking down a rope line? Does he just wave his hands in grand arenas? Are Greek columns next?
“Unfortunately, he was unable to control his rage afterwards, thatâs what hurt him more than losing.”
Trump not being able to control his rage would lead to YUGE problems were he to get elected.
