34 years in a rent controlled apartment. Maybe you should come to the realization that you are not a very good artist.

Rent control benefits rich people and hurts the poor.
Manhattan is PACKED with sneaky old money voting “left...”
As long as they NEVER HAVE TO LIVE where the “dirty people” live...
(For four times the rent!)
“It’s been in our family for ages,” says the lefty Barnard girl who lives on Daddy’s money.
“One day if I really work hard I can live in Manhattan,” says the sucker who knows that all that lies between her and her dreams is LEFT WING ELITE RENT CONTROL.

He demonstrates the morals and ethos of a worthless socialist. He is the perfect example of the Ant and the Grasshopper. He is the grasshopper.

Like uber liberals he does not understand that the property is private and owned by someone else, who will eventually sell it for various reasons at their discretion. He has absolutely no right to the property at all yet thinks the owner owes him something, or worse yet, he has grandfathered his rights to the property by simply living there.

KICK HIS ASS OUT! He is one of the millions of reasons our country has gone down the toilet in the name of collective socialism.

You are right, he can’t come to grips that he has been a lazy, sorry artist if over all of these years he has not amassed enough money to buy a house, apartment or condo.

He can move to a small town.

But then few people want to live in the middle of nowhere.

San Francisco is super expensive.

I have one of these crooks. The landlord hired this guy on the word of a previous maintenance man to be the buildings new manager and maintenance guy.
Verbal, no contract going back to 95. $500 money for rent and another $500 due monthly in maintenance labor around the building.

He had no furniture and she allowed he and his family to use her mother’s in the apartment to help.
He then asked to have a lease for the purpose of enrolling his kids in the Beverly Hills School District.

The guy wrote in $500 where the landlord left the lease blank. She was elderly.

She had to fire him because he did crap work. He takes the furniture of her mom and with the falsified lease goes to court and sticks himself under rent control.
His wife left him for another woman.
His son as a teen pulled off a home invasion robbery with his buddy on 8 people with a gun and sword. Was captured a year later and 13 years later is still in prison.

Daughter falsified status and income along with were she lives together free Obamacare.

This guy is a bad guy and an ex vet. After getting a $20 dollar raise one year in rent he threatened me through a third party general contractor to get me. Said he had access to guns and grenades and was telling this contractor who was a Navy vet about how easy it was o kill people but how hard it was when he once shot n warba little girl in the face.

These threats witnessed by others meant nothing to courts I removing him or even getting a restraining order.
So we live close to a nut that government won’t do anything about, why?
He pays about 600+ for rent when a similar place now good for $2200. So he is protected beyond all reason with rent control.
Despite the crook starting out there for $1000 because of the agreement for his labor, his crooked deeds in manipulating the lease that was only for school registration turned it into $500 plus stolen furniture.
I have zero sympathy for rent controlled people.

Also had to kick out two others for rage problems connected to pot and have seen a huge increase in recreational use in the name of medical marijuana to the point you can’t walk anymore a quarter of a block without telling pot.

Next generation is going to be filled up with screwed up recreationally medicated people.
