On "The Kelly File" tonight, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Donald Trump doesn't have a legal case to back up his claim that the Ted Cruz campaign committed voter fraud in Iowa and that the caucus results should be nullified.
"There's no legal basis for that - he's making a political observation."
He cheated; deal with it. No matter how much you try and spin this: Carson did not suspend his campaign and no media reported that.
PASS!
This ‘infighting’ is getting beyond ridiculous :/
When CNN reported Carson was going home to Florida and would not be going to New Hampshire or South Carolina, do you think it would be reasonable to interpret that as dropping out?
2000 election-hanging chads haven’t ben fully investigated.
Amazing how the Trump campaign keeps repeating Clinton talking points from previous elections.
You would think Trump and Hillary were friends or something.
I retired from a company that used a large securities firm similar to Goldman Sachs for its employees. I automatically had an account with that firm, opened by my employer. The employer changed their security firm, and viola, I had an account with the new firm. These firms automatically granted me loan accounts based to the securities I held there.
What makes you think the Cruz's are any different?
He still has to stay inside the Fox box of what is acceptable to the Establishment.
He also said he was not going to New Hampshire and North Carolina, but was doing a speech at a prayer breakfast on Saturday. All that coupled with a lame excuse about going home to get fresh clothes led a lot of people to think Carson was suspending his campaign.
CNN, Rubio and Cruz did Iowa caucus goers a favor, passing along this information.
Trump is just a whiner. If not for Cruz’s tweet Rubio would have beaten Trump as well as Cruz.
You post the tweet @ post #56...but you haven't on this thread -- or any other you've posted on today or yesterday -- about this tweet re: the Rubio campaign. Why not? (If this is such a "moral indignation" issue to you?)
From Uh Oh, Was Marco Rubio Guilty In The Ben Carson Dropout Rumor?
Excerpt from this link: What has not been said much throughout the day is that Florida Senator Marco Rubioâs campaign worked actively to spread the message that Carson was leaving the presidential race. These actions were reported on Twitter by Conrad Close who, according to his Twitter profile, is the managing editor of Outset Magazine.
[You can go to the link to see a snapshot of Close's actual tweet...it reads:
Per the link above: "Another interesting little tidbit about Close, that he shouts from the rooftops with his Twitter profile picture, is that he is Team Rubio with the statement below his picture, 'Iâm voting for Marco Rubio.'
[So, it's not like Close was "anti-Rubio" & was attempting to sabotage him]
I call you & other FR posters out on this.
If you've ONLY targeted Cruz, who the Carson team went after ONLY a SINGLE Cruz staffer on this rumor...yet have ignored 100% Rubio, who Rush confirmed yesterday MULTIPLE staffers were involved in rumor-mongering...then it all comes across as crass exploitive targeted of THE front-runner...NOT as some moral issue sticking in your craw.
'Fess up.
Real voter fraud is done by operatives - bosses - precinct people.
It’s like the mob wanting a game thrown - they don’t try to bribe the players... that’s too risky - they bribe the umpires.
Real voter fraud is done by operatives - bosses - precinct people. On the left and right. I suspect Trump and Sanders won...
The problem isn’t Cruz... it’s the left and right DC Establishments.
It’s like the mob wanting a game thrown - they don’t bribe the players... that’s too risky - they bribe the umpires.
If the loans are signature loans and not secured by collateral they have a big problem. If they are collateralized then probably not.
At that point you will just have to believe that a super smart lawyer and a banker “forgot” to properly file their liabilities.
CNN, Carson campaign . . . all played a part.
Instead they play shoot the messenger.
It isn’t like the Cruz people made it up.
Not corrupt, just too Libertarian.
trumpet mountain to reality’s molehill.
Specify the ‘cheating’. Betcha can’t.
When you tell voters that a certain candidate has retired from the field when he has not, that person is a cheat. This is not difficult; it is common sense.
