On "The Kelly File" tonight, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that Donald Trump doesn't have a legal case to back up his claim that the Ted Cruz campaign committed voter fraud in Iowa and that the caucus results should be nullified.
"There's no legal basis for that - he's making a political observation."
Of course, the words always used by the media are “_____ has suspended his campaign...” From what I’ve heard, no one used that phrase for Carson’s return to Florida. I notice Cruz doesn’t have the guts to try that with Trump - who returns to NYC almost every night; and probably for a change of clothes, as well! He knew Carson was the more vulnerable candidate. (Does Cruz steal from widows and orphans, lol?)
WOW!

Much ado about nothing
thanks I hope the folks watch that
... Itâs Carson who must investigate not Trump. I hope he does. I find it odd if the judge is saying nothing can be done about cheating. No wonder this country is a disaster!
It is a caucus matter, up to them. Cheating?
Napolitano on that terrible mailer sent out:
It would be impossible to prove the mailer a? Coerced anyone to vote who were not going to vote or b) coerced anyone into voting for a particular candidate.
No case.
Re the Carson scandal - no basis for any legal action.
His view - All DT claims are political.
“You lost, Don-Get over it it”
Why should the “get over it” when he can make justifiably make political hay emphasizing it.
Which is worse, Cruz lying to steal Carson’s votes, or Trump exposing the deception?
I listened to Levin last night to see what he would say. During he short time I listened to him, he was blaming and condemning everyone except Cruz. This is getting laughable.
“Trumpâs Kardashian voters will cling to his every word no matter how stupid..but what are we to expect from low information voters?”
I’ll still vote for the person more honest than Cruz.
Cruz’s CM said they jumped on the Carson voters because.. get this.. CNN “HINTED” yes HINTED that Carson was getting out.. now who in the world would believe Carson was going to fold or would hint his campaign was going to fold 5 minutes before his people got to make their first vote?.. is that believable to anybody with a brain?.. of course not that’s why Cruz’s people never made a phone call to anybody in the Carson camp.. Carson said they could have contacted him in seconds because they always keep a channel open at all times...they knew that was a bunch of crap but they had an opening and they were going to take it and run and apologize after the fact.. that’s called dirty politics and that’s why most people hate politicians
very well thought out and so correct.. he never would have done that to Trump.. he went after the meek guy whole he knew he could roll
“And going home to get a change of clothes?”
If you really, really wanted to take that in its most literal sense, you would have to conclude that Carson was preparing for another effort. You don’t go home to get a change of clothes if you are going to stay home.
NO ONE can honestly say that Carson was telegraphing that he was dropping out. Cruz and the CNN reporter may have gotten together to start the rumor.
There is generally no legal requirement that a political party use democratic or otherwise ‘fair’ methods at all to choose a candidate.
Any ‘adjudication’ of this would seem to take place within the Republican Party.
True or not, plenty of needed voters will buy into it. Hillary campaign, “Are you going to vote for an experienced leader or some dude born in Canada.”
Advice for DJT— Just STFU about Cruz and Iowa and just hammer away at the issues. A nice win in NH will erase the bad taste in the mouth over Iowa. I dont get his whiney crap— is that a tactic used in the Art of the Deal?
“Carson admits his own campaign staffer talked to the media and said he was going to Florida.”
NO!
“So Carson knew his campaign leaked this to the press. Then got angry that it snowballed from there.... He is kinda burrying the lead here isn’t he.”
NO1
“Carson: Well, I didnât make that announcement. Uh, I guess somebody talked to ⦠other peopleâ¦
I GUESS, is not saying he admitted or knew for certain - so you and article writer AGAIN are twisting people’s words to suite your own scenario/desire.
with regards to can’t some one else go buy him clothes, ya know you are just being silly. Any person in traveling job or even like this on campaign, has the right to go home when it fits into their schedule or when they so choose. All the other candidates stop home at times, so why not carson?
I read days before the caucus that carson was scheduled to go home. So was Christi and there was a third candidate not going directly to NH as well. CNN reported properly He was taking a break before going to DC then NH. CNN speculation and everyone one else tweeting twisted messages of the proper original news blurb have reading comprehension issues and came to wrong conclusions and took wrong action from there, or were purposely devious in what they did.
The “LAW” is what 5 black robed justices say it is, nothing more, nothing less.
You’ve got nailed down that comparison perfectly.
RE: “Trumpâs Kardashian voters will cling to his every word no matter how stupid...”
Judge is correct. And that is why such tactics are used. To attempt to prove such a thing would extend way past the next inauguration.
Exactly! #ptbarnum
