I was being too polite. You’re right, we have no control over those two guys. I’m more worried about their supporters getting so angry that they would refuse to vote out of anger for the other candidate and throw their support for Rubio out of spite.
If he loses NH, Trump is gone.
He won’t want to lose millions on a losing effort.

I am a Pennsylvanian...and Rick Santorum left his supporters down when he supported Arlen Specter, a traitor to the Republican Party.
He runs for POTUS every four years...he'll be back in 2020 and he will do worst then, than he did this time...
Glad he dropped out...now Carly, Christie, and JEB needs to drop out...Kasich will when he does poorly in NH.

I was hoping he would endorse Trump but I’m not surprised it was Rubio. The party is now going to start coalescing around Rubio. They will fund him and push him night and day trying to take Trump down.

Yes, interesting isn't it. Santorum actually was the perfect no-amnesty guy in the race. And here he goes and endorses the citizenship amnesty queen, Marco Rubio.

It's a twofold-move - it gives Rubio a chance to finish 2nd behind Trump in New Hampshire, then the GOPe donor crowd can full-court press Bush out before March 1 Super Tuesday/SEC Primary - whoa it's game on like Donkey Kong between Trump and Rubio (and Cruz quickly inherits the mantle of the next Iowa apostrophe with [deep irony] SweaterVest himself, and SirLardHuckabee).
