THIS JUST IN from the Thomas More Society, the not-for-profit, public interest law firm that is defending David Daleiden against charges that he and his Center for Medical Progress have violated the law in exposing Planned Parenthoodâs illegal sale of aborted baby body parts:
As prelude to David Daleiden presenting himself to the Harris County court this week, the Center for Medical Progress released a new video exposing how Planned Parenthood used accounting gimmicks to hide its illegal sale of fetal tissue. Daleiden will present himself before Judge Brock Thomas at 9 a.m. on Thursday, February 4th.
Statement by Peter Breen, Special Counsel, Thomas More Society: âThe charges against David Daleiden are legally and factually baseless. David used standard undercover journalism techniques to catch Planned Parenthood staff agreeing to alter abortion procedures to get more intact organs and tissue from aborted babies, presumably without telling their patients.

In addition to accepted investigative journalism tactics, he should be shielded by whistleblower laws since there is Federal funding involved.
I’ll do the same
Ever since Obama took office, whistleblowers have been disgraced, jailed, or killed.
In for a nickel. In for a dollar. - If they gonna crucify
you anyway, you’d just as well get it ALL out there and
let the chips fall where they may.
There’s a happy ending here. He’s released. DA loses license. PP indicted.
wow I think this guy just forced the legal system to prosecute planed parenthood. think about it the district attorney for Houston texaes decided to charge them with the criminal act of facilitating the sale of fetal tissue rather then charging planed parenthood. wisely he and his organization withheld the most damaging video criminally and waited for a jurisdiction to go after them criminally. the fact that it is a criminal case now means that this video they released becomes evidence in there trial. the moment it becomes evidence it bypasses the prosecutors office and now a judge can force the prosecution of the case because it is an ongoing crime uncovered during a criminal trial...
I have no legal back ground so there is a good chance I am wrong on how I look at this any freepers that knows the law want to educate me.

So did I.
OK. Sent a donation. - Looks like Planned Butcherhood is
trying to make an example out of them; but PP might just
fall in the hole they’ve dug for this organization.
Excellent, they were smart enough to plan ahead for the eventual law suit!!!
