Well, you throw stones at people. . .
For a straight guy, Cruz just happens to associate with an exceptional number of gay men. It’s not like he does hair or shows dogs or is an interior designer or anything. It’s optional in his line of work.
This guy, Thiel
The 2 hoteliers in NYC
The rumors about John Roberts
Dodging the question about same sex marriage when he was speaking to whatever group that was (Who *was* that?)
Is there more that hasn’t come out yet?
For good or ill, Cruz painted a target on his own back by making this one of his ‘signature issues’. Naturally, he’s subjected himself to scrutiny because of it.
One really needs a good gospel orientation to deal with this stuff without falling into some kind of injurious fascination... IMHO.
And this is what I haven’t heard a huge amount about from Ted, doesn’t mean he isn’t like that, but just sayin’. I’d think he’d be gaga (excuse the term) not for showtunes but for Christian praise numbers.
Everybody should be praying that Ted doesn’t get overcome. Unlike a certain person who printed a list of scandal about Donald Trump, I don’t want to put scandal ahead of prayer. But gospel is the only thing that can overcome the devils’ scheme involved here. Anything less is going to get out foxed.
“For a straight guy, Cruz just happens to associate with an exceptional number of gay men.”
Three is an “exceptional number”? That’s not even enough to put together a proper Village People tribute act.
He didn’t dodge the issue about faux marriage (the oxymoron, of “same sex marriage”), he simply pointed out that it is not primarily a Federal issue. The Police Powers, the right to legislate on health, safety & morals, were retained by the States, in the Constitution.
