Donald Trump just accused Ted Cruz of stealing the Iowa caucuses over the Cruz campaign's admission that it helped spread a rumor that Ben Carson was dropping out of the race:
Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Ted Cruz didn't win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!

Update 2. Oh boy:
Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Based on the fraud committed by Senator Ted Cruz during the Iowa Caucus, either a new election should take place or Cruz results nullified. 9:28 AM - 3 Feb 2016

Why so hard—the charcoal asked of the diamond
Become the hammer. Truth hurts. Get these two ineligible cubans out of the race.
“Trump can’t win because 60% of the population dislikes him,”
That’s your assumption.
It was always going to be Rubio. Trump is the fly in the GOPe ointment and our only hope to get a grip on PC culture/border security/ american jobs.
These issues draw support from everyone.
Donald Trump practically accused Ben Carson of being a child molester.
Carson was damaged, but probably not out until the foreign policy issues.
And now Trump is saying that Carson's votes would have naturally gone to ... Trump? Why? They obviously didn't.
I don't believe you are genuinely shocked. I think you're continuing Trump's line of slander.
Nice job
I think they are all buffoons and this country is really screwed.
I watch YouTube videos of Nigel Farage and think “Why can’t we have someone like that?”
>>Get these two ineligible cubans out of the race.<<
Oh, how you’re just being a hater! My momma and grandaddy were Cuban.
No not really...just had to throw that out there. lol
Ya know, their both clean, articulate brownies...right?
CNN did not say he was suspending his campaign. Read the tweet. I agree it could be taken that way but a professional would have verified first. Someone on Cruz campaign needs fired for not doing what an intelligent profession would have done.
Nice job team Cruz for being a big BS’ers in Iowa.
But he still lied and had his folks lie. That is a sin.
“Thou shalt not bear false witness.”
The Trump supporters here have a little echo chamber that makes them think that most people react to Trump tweets the way they do. Out in the real world, however, the vast majority of reactions I am seeing are negative toward Trump for acting like a sore loser.
This is in the same vein as skipping the debate because he doesnât like one of the moderators. Very childish.
The ease with which Cruz and his supporters will lie is amazing.
Can we stop with the morality based arguments, please.
These are politicians, remember? Trump supporters have been telling us for how long that we are electing a president not a pastor - but apparently that meme only works in one direction.
Your candidate is a thrice married, serial adulterer who writes with glee about his conquests of women married to others.
All morality based arguments in defense of Donald Trump are absurd on their face.
The election was not stolen but some of Carson’s votes were. Is that okay to steal if the other guy wasn’t winning anyway?
brownie...no....Grandpa Munster....YES!
Frankly, I'm getting a bit sick of it.
This is how he's always acted.
Repeating a news story is one thing. DISTRIBUTING a dubious story (The story was a little vague. Cruz’s people ‘’tweaked’’ it to mean what they wanted it to mean) in order to MISLEAD voters & try to gain an advantage is something completely different.
Cruz has a pattern of misleading, regardless of the topic. But the motive is always the same- to try & gain an advantage for himself. Or cover up some OTHER dishonest/ unethical thing he has done. THAT is what’s ‘’getting old’’.
How can we bitch & moan about the democrats when our people do exactly the same kind of low, unethical things?
How can Cruz (& his supporters) go around touting their alleged ‘’morality’’ when they are so clearly immoral or amoral themselves?
And then, we moan about our country/ society/ the world going to crap. Well, look in the mirror.
First, winning is not worth sacrificing what we believe in.
Second, who says he cannot win??? You honestly think people would vote for Hillary over Cruz (polls by the way show this is a lie, Trump actually loses to both Sanders and Clinton...)
The GOPe will line up behind Cruz and vote for him. It’s time they eat their peas and get on board with what their base believes in.
