If 15% of “republicans” prefer a far leftist over Trump then they are not Republicans nor do they have a brain. I would put them in the muzzy pile of uselessness.

And ? So what ?

Who cares about “republicans” ?
People are fed up with the old parties and the establishment ?

It’s the same in Europe too ! Bad try !

I think media and GOPe will do everything possible to keep the Marco Dream Act alive. It’s gonna be a tough couple of months to Super Tuesday.

This poll finds that if Trump wins the nomination, we're essentially spotting Clinton or Sanders 15%.

Yes. We can trust the polls. The very same polls that predicted Trump winning Iowa.

They're polls. They're not intended to inform. They're a weapon of propaganda designed to push a point of view wrapped up in the appearance of some sort of sacrosanct scientific fact.

The notion that Trump brings so many more new people to the party was disproven last night. Floods of new voters came to the Iowa caucuses, but 90% of them voted against Trump. [were paid for by the Clinton Criminal Enterprises...]

There.
Fixed it.

These “Republicans” would rather see Clinton or Sanders in office than Trump? They are closet Democrats.

Yea, instead let us put the final nail in the natural born clause. I am no big fan of Trump, but I am a fan of the founding fathers. And no matter what kind of tripe is posted here on FR, there is no way the founding fathers would’ve let the love child of the king of England and an American citizen woman be president of the United States.

The natural born clause has been under attack for quite some time, and I for one will not support ANY candidate that is not born of American citizen parents (and yes I mean plural).

In all categories of voters nation wide. Trump has the highest unfavorable ratings.

Also the highest favorable!!
What's your point, Mario?

From the poll, Huckabee looks like the least “objectionable” candidate, yet almost no one is voting for him, or would even consider him their second choice. I’m not sure what we can fairly conclude from this poll, other than Trump is controversial. We already know that.

True. Super Tuesday will be a very telling day. I couldn’t begin to guess who will win. Trump has a good chance. Rubio has a good chance. I guess Cruz has a good chance. I doubt anyone else does. I think the debate on Saturday should be just the 3 of them. And if not this debate because of NH then the ones after for sure.

Ted Cruz cannot win the General. He cannot go around the country pandering to Evangelicals like he did in Iowa and win the General. Also, whether you like it or not there are many principled Conservatives who do not believe that Cruz is eligible for POTUS because of citizenship requirements. These folk will never vote for Cruz. Also, Cruz pulled a lot of shady maneuvers in Iowa that many voters never expected of him. I’ll stick with DONALD TRUMP.

But I have written in candidates before.

So have I...

Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Kenny, Bullwinkle...

In the primaries, as a registered Democrat I must be specially creative this year; although the temptation to vote the dark side, for Sanders, is really, really, hard to resist...

I am at a point where if the GOPe shoves Jeb Bush at me, my opinion is "Hey, Chamber of Commerce, enjoy the next four years of life under President Sanders. You can come back begging forgiveness and pleading for my help when you've had enough".

Frankly I'm pretty close to that with Rubio too.

Me too. The way I see it, we're going to get what we deserve.

Guess we’re just sticking with the career politicians again.

I’m sure it’ll work THIS time!

A deceased relative of mine worked for many years at the County Elections Bureau. He claimed that "F**k You" was a big write-in winner every time.

Wow - I saw a similar graphic on DU. It started popping up around here as soon as Megyn attacked the (D)onald.
