You can count on him enforcing existing immigration laws too. He does not need Congress to do that as chief executive of the USA. And another thing he can do all by himself is send the refugees back and block Muslim immigration. No one else but Trump will do any of the above. He will also renegotiate trade deals putting America first. Another thing he does not need congress to do.
What kind of judges is he going to appoint?
Pro-life constitutionalists or pro-choice activists, like he has been in the past?
