Well we already know Cruz will appoint John Roberts type judges (assuming with billionaire donors approve) So I don't think we'd be taking a real big change with Trump. Didn't he say he liked Scilla?

But you are missing the big picture, if we do not start enforcing existing immigration laws next year the country is toast and it will not matter who gets appointed to the Supreme Court.
