The Bernie Sanders campaign said early Tuesday morning that it was informed by the Iowa Democratic Party that results from 90 precincts were missing.
A spokesperson for the Iowa Democratic Party did not immediately respond to TheBlaze's request for comment.
With 98 percent of the precincts reporting, Clinton only led Sanders by 0.3 points, 49.8 percent to Sanders' 49.6 percent.

Yes he can ... and I am NOT, repeat, NOT saying that like it’s a good thing.
There’s a good chance Rubio will pick up all of the non-Cruz and non-Trump voters. If you see more of the clown bracket dropping out this week, I’d be almost certain that the eGOP is kindly asking them all to step aside.
I was thinking Iowa was going to either be a Trump or Cruz blowout. Now I am concerned (not in a concern troll way) the the eGOP will pit Trump and Cruz against one another to make Rubio look better. They really need to hold onto their precious cashflow from K Street at the expense of the country at large you know.
They know they can both win with Rubio and control him. This is frustrating.

And that’s just the plain, simple voter fraud. I’ve written about my experience here several times, so I won’t bore everyone with the details again. Suffice it to say that Obama and his ACORN thugs were very clever, very well organized, and very dedicated to their goals. As a lawyer, he knew how to use caucus rules to his advantage.
Rubio will be a good little sycophant and give the election to Clinton if he makes it to the general.
