... I feel pretty good about the whole thing. Yes, I agree. Trump is not a quitter. In fact, this will probably convince him to be even more careful and spend a bit more of his money on quality advertising. And he was very gracious -- took his defeat very well. And people are going to remember that too. One thing I think he needs to change: the last video ad he showed today was a kind of blur of his rallies and that ad was not effective. There were way too many images crammed into that piece, a bit distracting. Instead he needs to hit home on the issues he's pushing. The crowds speak for themselves, but he shouldn't emphasize them too much. I also think he needs to lay off the Canadian thing, too. Voters know about that, but if Trump emphasizes it too much, it sounds like Cruz represent too much of a threat. So what do you all think? Does anyone agree with this analysis? |
I think Trump is going to spend more money and keep doing what he has been doing. Second in Iowa is pretty good. Rubio is ecstatic with third.
I agree. Trump is a quick study. To go from nothing to a close second finish and a decent split of the delegates is not too shabby.
