Was he just a regular Joe on his way to work or was he one of the armed people who took over a Federal building and talked about dying for his cause? Hmmmm

Some people are claiming he was shot at the first stop. I don’t see that on the video. Again, will have to wait for an autopsy. Regardless of all of that, why didn’t he just surrender at the first stop?

Multiple witness statements are available now. The pickup was fired upon at the first stop and that is why LaVoy drove away.

On top of the murder of a man who tried to surrender peacefully since when is it OK for law enforcement to open fire on a vehicle with 3 people in it who have never showed aggression? That is not OK with me and the American people should be outraged. There is enhanced video out today that shows them shooting up the pickup with multiple rounds from all directions. It is only by the grace of God that these 3 people lived.

Shawna Cox was one of the victims of this aggression and excessive force. She was released from jail on 1-29-16, the same day her son-in-law died in an explosion. Pray for these Americans!

“He (LaVoy) jumps out and they are shooting everything. We have lasers everywhere. The bullets don’t quit. They just keep going.”
“5-10 minutes after LaVoy was dead they were still shooting. They wanted us all dead. It was evident.”

“It was evident they had every intention of killing us.”

“Even after he was dead they shot him. It was a nightmare.”
