My advice is to take the extensive discussion of her egregious handling of what should have been SIPRnet traffic and REMEMBER that SIPRnet is for SECRET level material at its maximum clearance level. For TS/SCI/SAP material JWICS(Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System) or other possible equal alternatives could be used. The point here is that some very serious maneuvering around safeguards for all these levels WAS DONE specifically to overcome the protections required by them. This was a felony at its best. While SIPRnet computers may have operating thumb drives, the systems with the TS data do not.
At least, they’re not supposed to have them.

The most likely scenario is printing the TS material, remove the markings, and scan to the unclass system.

I see it as thousands of felonies, and of course Treason, which as I understand it has no Statute of Limitations or maybe that is a forever Statute of Limitations.
