The State Department is lying when it says it didn’t know until it was too late that Hillary Clinton was improperly using personal e-mails and a private server to conduct official business — because it never set up an agency e-mail address for her in the first place, the department’s former top watchdog says.
“This was all planned in advance†to skirt rules governing federal records management, said Howard J. Krongard, who served as the agency’s inspector general from 2005 to 2008.

If the FBI recommends an indictment, Hillary is done. There is nothing that can keep that story out of the press.
If the Justice Department fails to indict Hillary there will be lots of leaked stories that damn her.
I can see no way out for “too big to prosecute” Hillary Clinton. The mud is sticking already...
I think that’s probably what will happen. BUT!! That is going to unleash all sorts of unintended consequences someting be done. Not just us on the right. Think of the farrr left, the Sanders supporters. They will be furious. All this pressure coming at the White House and DOJ. The legacy in tatters, the public enraged, the Clintons in disgrace. All kinds of things will happen.
The first choice is for prosecution, but failing that, there will still be payment of a different sort for these people.
If Ms. Lynch won’t indict HRC, can Ms. Lynch be investigated for not doing her job or however it should be worded? Who else can bring charges against HRC? There must be someone else who can do this?

On her first day as Sec of State they’d have advised her of her email address. It’s an SOP for all new employees in any major company. If that address never existed then she probably told them it wasn’t necessary. I wonder if there is a paper trail where she says she doesn’t need it.
This administration, maybe, but unless homo issues a pardon before the year is out, President Cruz or Trump will pursue it. It's not like she'll be able to skate via statue of limitations. If not charged now, she can still be charged next year.
Especially since she had the gall to say no one should be too big to jail in the debate before last.
Right. How many of you have started a new job and not had your new email address working the day you started? Or at least had it set up for you the first week on the job. We are supposed to believe that the CIO of State didn't set up a new email address for the new incoming boss? Just how stupid do they think we are? That excuse is right up there with "the dog ate my homework."
