Robert Mercer
Mercer has given $750,000 to the Club for Growth, $2 million to American Crossroads,[8] and $2.5 million to Freedom Partners Action Fund.[9] In 2010, Mercer financially supported Art Robinson’s efforts to unseat Peter DeFazio in Oregon’s 4th congressional district.[10] In the 2013-2014 election cycle, Mercer donated the fourth largest amount of money among individual donors, and the second most among Republican donors.[1] The Mercer Family Foundation, run by Mercer’s daughter, Rebekah, has also donated to a variety of conservative causes.[1]

In 2015, the Washington Post called Mercer one of the ten most influential billionaires in politics.

Mercer is a major financial supporter of the 2016 presidential campaign of Ted Cruz, contributing $11 million to a super PAC associated with the candidate.

He has been called “the biggest single donor” in the presidential race as of January 2016.

Cruz is toast. This and Glenn Beck and the mailer. If he wanted to destroy his own campaign, he couldn’t have done better than this.

I’m beginning to think that Sarah Palin saw some of these characteristics before she went in for Trump. I don’t know Ted Cruz. All I knew about him I learned by watching him on TV.

What will be the next shoe to drop?

HATA

The Hata clan (秦氏?) was an immigrant clan active in Japan since the Kofun
period (250-538), according to the history of Japan laid out in Nihonshoki.

Healthcare Administrative Technology Association (HATA)

Hata Academy - Home Affairs Training Company

Hong Kong Association of Travel Agents

and on it goes

This almost seems like a suicide vest, self-destruct button that’s been pushed.

This is bad, but it’s hard to imagine someone doing things this stupid when they stand for the exact opposite.

Cruz went big time after the media for “prayer shaming” after the San Bernardino shooting. He went after them for trying to “shame” him for using his daughters in a campaign ad.

I just don’t get it. Did he want to blow up on the eve of the election? If so, then to whose benefit? Rubio?

The GOPe wants to pull BS to force a Heb or Wubio nomination.
Anyone other than that... Lookout, the rage from the GOPe will be enormous.

Big Brother? Social networks are far worse, says Estonian president—Not even the Stasi had data like Facebook

"No government follows you as much as a social network," Ilves said. "No government collects as much information about your preferences as a supermarket."
