The intelligence community has now deemed some of Hillary Clinton's emails "too damaging" to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.
The decision to withhold the documents in full, and not provide even a partial release with redactions, further undercuts claims by the State Department and the Clinton campaign that none of the intelligence in the emails was classified when it hit Clinton's personal server.
Fox News is told the emails include intelligence from "special access programs," or SAP, which is considered beyond âTop Secret." A Jan. 14 letter, first reported by Fox News, from intelligence community Inspector General Charles McCullough III notified senior intelligence and foreign relations committee leaders that "several dozen emails containing classified information" were determined to be "at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, AND TOP SECRET/SAP levels."

Clinton emails ‘too damaging’ to be released to anyone except the enemy.
And yet, at least 40% of the country would still vote for her.
PA hasn’t gone since 1988, it’s not a swing state anymore.
Especially as long as the Philly machine exists to manufacture the votes needed to win.
Republicans can’t nab Virginia?
There are more Dems than Reps. Romney won non-Hispanic whites 59-39 and the Independent vote and still lost. Non-Hispanic whites, the GOP power base, is becoming a smaller and smaller percentage of the population.
“So if Joe Biden manages to beat Trump or Cruz; will he pardon her?”
If Joe Biden ever manages to become President Ms. Clinton will be able to escape on one of those flying pigs that now dot our landscape...
As a former Fox viewer, I've got to say that she was the only serious journalist on the station.
Why Fox doesn't promote her instead of Lightweight Journalist Megyn Kelly, I'll never understand.
Perhaps Catherine is being held back because she refuses to sleep with the men at Fox.
This is not the beginning of justice.
This is the beginning of hiding her crimes from public view.
VA is gone. I just moved after living there for 36 years. Changing demographics and the influx of Inside the Bewltway liberals have changed NoVA electorally. I will just get more and more Dem.
You forgot lied to congress.
Earnst said today that from what we know now, she will not be indicted. Sounds to me like the fix is in.
All of you - STOP the hate speech!
Hillary’s emails were all private correspondence about yoga and wedding plans.
Why can’t you right-wing conspirators shut up!!!!!!
Oh - /sarc
What does it matter are too secret to release?
China and Russia and Iran already have read the contents; the only ones not allowed to read them now are US citizens?
If she gets away with this, then anyone can do anything from now on and not get in trouble either! Or can they?
The establishment once again proves that the concept of common law is dead. The ruling class is not subject to the same laws as the peasants.
You’re probably right. No question in my mind that the insecure server was at the center of the largest espionage/bribery plot in our history, with the lead traitor being Obola himself.
“Too damaging? To whom?”
Yep, Iran, Russia, China and for sure Israel (less concerned) already have them. But lets not let IG’s and select committee members see them, they might get to the bottom of Clinton’s criminal activity.
I think Clinton is in really bad shape, so much so that no one at this point at State is going to stick their neck out beyond slow boating the release of her email. Exception being deep sixing damning evidence pointing to Odunga.
These emails are being released to the FBI by the State department.
Every Hillary email has a recipient, a sender and possibly people copied. All these people weren’t using the server in Hillary’s basement.
All or most of these emails exist in other archives, that’s how arrogant and stupid they are.
