Oregon protest leader Ammon Bundy and seven others were arrested Tuesday night. Protester LaVoy Finicum was killed in the confrontation with police and the FBI.
Unconfirmed Reports Suggest Militia Leader LaVoy Finicum Killed In Firefight With Police - http://breaking911.com/highways-closed-hospital-on-lockdown-near-scene-of-burns-ore-militia-standoff-after-reports-of-shots-fired/ â¦
On Wednesday Cliven Bundy, father of Ammon Bundy, told reporters his son told him the FBI murdered militia spokesman LaVoy Finicum with his hands up.
âLaVoy Finicum was murdered. Cold-blooded murder. They shot him with his hands up.â

I think the reason they ran from the initial traffic stop was the reach civilization, small town of John Day, where they were headed for a meeting. This was all planned and they wanted this done in the woods.
I’ve replayed that video about 20 times, full screen and paused repeatedly and here’s what I think:
1) Mark McConnell (the driver of the other vehicle) is a liar. He posted a Facebook video claiming about Finicum: “He charged at law enforcement”. How convenient that he would put that out there so fast, especially considering he was about a MILE AWAY when Finicum was shot. I’m not suggesting he was in cahoots with the FBI, but it sure seems like the Feds tried hard to gain control of the narrative before other witnesses (like the 18-yr old girl) put out their version of events...
2) This was not a good shoot. The FBI spokesman tried to make it sound like proper protocol was followed for using lethal force by pointing out that Finicum nearly hit an agent or officer when he went off the road and that they had reports that the occupants were armed. He even mentioned that they found two .223 semiautomatic rifles and a handgun in the truck, and Finicum was found to have a loaded 9mm handgun in the left pocket of his jacket that he appeared to reach toward with his right hand a couple of times. But the fact that the gun was IN HIS POCKET — and not in his hand — proves that nobody was in imminent danger of being shot by Finicum at the time he was killed. And if you listened closely to the spokesman, he was always referring to the State guys — NOT the FBI — with respect to who did the shooting while he gave lip service to the standard justifications. He wasn’t enthusiastic in the defense of the behavior of the State guys: it was more like he was giving typical cop court testimony — careful to use the correct weasel words that might leave you with a certain impression if you’re not paying attention, but without any outright falsification of the facts.
3) The very first report of this in the media referred to the operation as a “traffic stop”. Sure, the initial stop with the vehicles behind could be called that, but what Finicum encountered up the road was a ROADBLOCK and an ambush. The guy that shot him came out of the trees on the left. And the person who was nearly hit (and he nearly was — you can see him climbing back to his feet after diving into the snow) very obviously jumped in front of the truck and looked to be aiming a weapon at it.
4) If you watch very carefully, just before Finicum “takes off” from the initial stop, you can see two separate light flashes in the picture. I can’t say what they are, but the girl said that they took off after someone shot at them and missed. I think I might believe that part of her story.
5) Finicum is driving about 60 mph or more, I would guess, from the fact that he is taking the corners almost in the center of the road. You can see him hit the brakes about 4 seconds before he runs off the road — which looks like he was trying to avoid hitting the roadblock which he couldn’t see until then because they set it up after a BLIND CURVE. Hmmm... a roadblock set up a mile away from a “traffic stop” (with gunshots?) after a blind curve, and with guys in the road and in the woods with guns pointed at him. How convenient.
I think the FBI put this out there because of the instant blowback from the 18-yr old’s recounting of events. I’m sure they don’t like being called murderers (they certainly deserved it after Waco and Ruby Ridge) but they appear to be going out of their way to look professional here. I also think that they played the basic “Oh, look — guy with a gun — oh, no! Scary!” meme that gets lots of coverage by the idiot, panty-waist media and helps distract from the important issues. But most of all, I think they were quick to release this so that anyone could see that the Oregon State guy, and not the FBI was the trigger-happy instigator in this case.
I would hope that a County, State or Federal official would immediately demand the arrest of the shooter on a manslaughter charge (and leave open the possibility for additional charges as the official investigation proceeds). From what I can see, there is no rational reason for letting someone walk free just because they were wearing a uniform at the time of the killing.
Is the rear window shot out or is it just partially cleared off to see through?
Solid analysis.
I hope they aren’t setting up a false flag event prior to this year’s elections.
Call the police in Oregon and tell them you want to report a crime and that there’s video evidence.

Incompetence. It’s rampant.
You better get ready for your blood to boil even hotter, because the chumps who shot him, will probably get medals for it. I wonder what would've happened, if the rancher had been a son of Obama?

Not just that- BUT he was so far back that the corner obscured any view of the scene- it had to- That truck travelled a long distance before coming to a halt around that sharp corner-
[[Hmmm... a roadblock set up a mile away from a âtraffic stopâ (with gunshots?) after a blind curve, and with guys in the road and in the woods with guns pointed at him. How convenient.]]
Exactly- My thoughts to a T- This was all planned out- this was not a routine traffic stop-
you know- I wonder if the FBI had roadblocks like this when occupy wallstreet thugs and fuergeson thugs took over the parks and public properties and destroyed businesses and some were believed to be armed? These folks were actually destroying things, and businesses, and the police and FBI basically did nothing- but by golly they jumped at a chance to shoot and kill white militia men
grow up- we’re having a discussion here- no need to act like that
The only reason I can think of for leaping in front of a fast-growing, Two-ton automobile might be to create a pretext for firing upon the car. And who performed that stunt—FBI or a State policeman.
Curious whether we’ll see report of gunfire damage to Fincums truck and a coroner’s report.
As the professionals like to say, “Witnesses lie, forensic evidence does not.”
I’d say he bailed out of the vehicle that fast with his hands straight up because it had already taken rounds,
This is what I’d expect the cops to do with violent criminals who just committed armed bank robbery, murder etc. Outside of a legitimate beef over grazing/land rights, I don’t see any of these guys as violent bad guys with violent criminal records. I mean they just peacefully met with the locals and FBI, shaking hands and all that. Boy, all that sure changed.
Fast growing= speeding
Dam autocorrect

There’s no question Finicum was trying to avoid the roadblock and was braking all the way. If he was trying to blast through the snow or hit the LEO, the brake lights would not have been on all the way “in”. The LEO who ran out in front of Finicum’s vehicle was an idiot.
[[Iâd say he bailed out of the vehicle that fast with his hands straight up because it had already taken rounds,]]
That’s exactly what I’m thinking- He bailed out fast to try to prevent the officers from shooting into the vehicle any more ot try to protect the passsengers

Exactly- Like I said- the police and FBI stood by and did nothing while fuergeson thugs commited crimes, but apparently jumped at the thought of confronting a white militiaman with deadly force who hadn’t doen anything except occupy a building ?
Because they've got a video from 25 feet away WITH AUDIO that they DON'T want to release, governmentboy.
Their drone video shows the "adjusted" narrative of him "going for his gun", sans audio, of course.
You're busted, Moonman.
You're posting this AFTER we discussed this on the other thread. :)
He was a hero in the face of the NKVD government murderers.
There is evidence of a video with audio? I haven’t’ seen the other thread-
OK, so it’s just your opinion. You don’t have enough to report a crime.
nor do you have enough to say it wasn’t a crime- I asked you to be civil about the discussion- apparently you aren’t capable of it?
