I’d say he bailed out of the vehicle that fast with his hands straight up because it had already taken rounds,

This is what I’d expect the cops to do with violent criminals who just committed armed bank robbery, murder etc. Outside of a legitimate beef over grazing/land rights, I don’t see any of these guys as violent bad guys with violent criminal records. I mean they just peacefully met with the locals and FBI, shaking hands and all that. Boy, all that sure changed.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking- He bailed out fast to try to prevent the officers from shooting into the vehicle any more ot try to protect the passsengers

Exactly- Like I said- the police and FBI stood by and did nothing while fuergeson thugs commited crimes, but apparently jumped at the thought of confronting a white militiaman with deadly force who hadn’t doen anything except occupy a building ?
