Oregon protest leader Ammon Bundy and seven others were arrested Tuesday night. Protester LaVoy Finicum was killed in the confrontation with police and the FBI.

On Wednesday Cliven Bundy, father of Ammon Bundy, told reporters his son told him the FBI murdered militia spokesman LaVoy Finicum with his hands up.

Yep. It also looks like he turns his head right before he puts his hands down, I believe he either heard a shot and then immediately either went for his weapon OR involuntarily went towards the wound. After this first “hands going down” it looks like he tries to put them back up but before he could they shot more.

I’ve examined the video closer and further after the roadblock. My determination is thus.
Truck crashes left of roadblock into 3-4 foot deep snow bank. Lavoy exits with hands raised intending to surrender, takes 5-10 steps away from the roadblock parallel to the road between the truck and treeline. As he gets to what will be the spot where he is murdered an agent or OSP officer comes out of the treeline to the left and fires a taser hitting Lavoy(you can see by the way the agent on the left holds his left arm out fully extended that that is the way tasers are fired, he was clearly not readying a sidearm). Lavoy’s hands drop due to thousands of volts of electricity going through his body and the agent on the right already in firing position with two hands on his sidearm fires killing Lavoy.
The drone or copter starts to circle the truck, some trees obscure the video however not very much. You can now see 3-4 flash bangs go off to the left of the driver side in the snow between truck and treeline. If you watch the passenger side which is closest to the road you can see multiple kick ups of snow from gunfire which are obviously not from inside. As the drone pans further around the windshield becomes visible, some snow is continuing to be kicked up by gunfire and the windshield has clearly been hammered. I can see at least 3, maybe 4 gunshots on the windshield. Possibly one on the roof of the driver side right behind the windshield.
I can see in no frame a weapon being drawn or any weapon whatsoever aimed, drawn, or fired by the occupants of the truck. The FBI and cops planned to ambush and kill whoever came out of that truck. It isn’t until more official vehicles arrive that the assault on the truck ends.
They certainly tried their best to kill the rest before more FBI and officers arrive.
I think the lesson is when faced with a LEO roadblock is to ram it and at least take out a few lowlife parasite pigs rather than let them gun you down. And if they do stop you, try to get off the first shot. F*** the police.
Clearly an ambush.
Someone suggests action rather than never ending debate, so you lob a condescending insult. It is actually an brilliant suggestion in my opinion for citizens to overwhelm the system. Peaceful subversion, noncompliance and nonparticipation can be very effective.
And what will be done? NOTHING!
The killing will go on, one by one, until we are all gone.

The fbi won’t like it if they and/or their families are shot dead. I am stating an opinion that repeatedly the fbi is perceived by those who _would_ do violence to them as muderous thugs...and those people will fight back. They have nothing to lose.
Why was it necessary to kill? Why is so important that these people are in a vacant building?

It may be (my) lack of sleep, but I watched the vid again (and again). When does the LEO on the right first shoot? The gun seems to kick before Lavoy lowers his hands, but it’s hard for me to see it clearly enough to be sure.
I think you may be right about the taser though. The LEO on the left has his left arm straight out, and after that one can see a sidearm in his right hand. That said, it looks to me like he fired his sidearm as well. You may have a better “view”, however.
Of course those checkpoints and others are unconstitutional.

Blood should boil but so far this has been downplayed to the point I had to search to find anything. So maybe we should be grateful that only one person died? So much remains to be said about how government deals with the people it is Constitutionally responsible to deal justly.

I watched the longer version linked here. A few observations:
The drone wasn’t a ‘hover drone’ IMO. Had to orbit. Very long way away. Probably a big one.
Tailed from behind then something caused them to bolt off.
Came on a road block around a curve and tried to miss a standing person and ended up in the snow.
Driver got out hands up, struggled in snow to keep balance, seems like was shot by shooter near the road two times or three times and once from behind near the woods. My guess the autopsy will show at least 4 bullet holes.
Shots WERE fired into the white vehicle, clearly shows front passenger window blown out.
Multiple lasers targeting the now-dead shooter.
A long drawn out process of arresting the other passengers.
Here’s something that struck me. NO MEDICAL BACKUP present. Feds came loaded for bear and didn’t care about the bear. Multiple ‘hunters’ standing around admiring the kill still ready to shoot the bear if it jerked.
If someone asks me about my opinion, I’m gonna tell them it was a government kill squad.
So what happens when FBI agent’s home addresses and family info are posted?
