Cruz Calls Everyone ‘Stupid, Fat, and Ugly,’ Claiming to Speak on Trump’s Behalf

Tonight's Republican debate opened with Megyn Kelly asking about Donald Trump's absence. After thanking Iowans for their hospitality, Sen. Cruz proceeded to call his competitors "stupid, fat, and ugly." Then, turning to Dr. Carson, Cruz said, "And Ben, you're a terrible surgeon."

Actually, he said “Now that we have the Trump portion out of the way” -— Which wasn't totally accurate. He left out Nasty, Unlikeable, low energy, Yuge, Greatest, My Poll numbers, and others. A shame really.

When he said he'd leave if they kept being mean to him he should have added a ‘Yuge’ in there somewhere. He's just not very good at pantomiming a narcissistic egomaniac.

Cruz on Bidden advice to “walk out side and squeeze the trigger on the shot gun” Cruz said “That fine if you are being attacked by a flock of ducks.” I thought that was pretty funny.

The joke might have been okay if he had left the "fat" part out. If I remember correctly, it was a Trump staffer that called Christi "a fat slob", NOT TRUMP. Trump manned up and fired the guy.

You just highlighted the stark contrast between the two men.

Trump’s event was actually focused on somebody other than himself. Huck and Rick were gentlemen about setting aside their differences and joining him for an honorable cause.

It was ALL GOOD.

Then, to come back to that, and find out that the debates were every bit as horrible and nasty as we thought they would be...

Trump just validated OUR irritation with the press!

My issues with the media didn’t start HERE.

I’ve been watching them slash our candidates up for two decades.

Trump is the man who wiped away all of that ugly in one night. He stripped them of their power and shifted the focus to something that WE are concerned about.
