Yeah that guy in the video is unhinged. I’m going out on a limb and say he won’t be taken alive.
I would point out that the Police are SERVANTS NOT MASTERS.
If the man did not have a gun in his hands, the cop(s) who shot him are guilty of murder under the law. And should be punished accordingly. If he tried to run a cop down earlier, it doesn’t matter, the vehicle was disabled and no longer a weapon.
the constitution applies to everyone, and a badge does not give anyone a special pass to do whatever they want. IMO.
So where are the freepers who were claiming he “charged” federal bandits yesterday?

He was in deep snow, moving away from the officials. They had overwhelming force and escape was impossible. This was an ambush and murder.

the actual context, if we are to believe the reports from bundy, is more like: this was an act of purposeful civil disobedience by American citizens who purposely put themselves in harm’s way, and believed they are exercising their constitutional rights to dissent from authority.
authority just exercised their perrogative to define that protest as an unlawful threat to society and forcefully arrest it, with prejudice.
He was up to his knees in snow. He posed no threat. He was assassinated.
Wow. Just wow.
Divide and conquer. Easier to pick them off when they're separated and traveling on a road than to try to lay siege to them all at the refuge center.
Anyone that works in Federal Law Enforcement is traitorous enemy scum. If you know any of them, have your kids beat their children up at school.

Everyone has a right to an opinion. I am okay with you having one that is different than mine.
If you care to test your theory try this out when a cop tries to pull you over and come back and let us know the results. Even better - let them have probable cause to arrest you for a felony crime for occupying public property in a state where you don’t reside after you have been asked and told by the local Sheriff to leave. Up the ante a bit, parade around for television cameras beforehand with this guy -
make sure to talk about how you are always armed for the cameras and you would rather die than go to prison. Stop for the officer and just sit there for minutes before you take off. Give them time to set up a roadblock and make sure you try to drive around it. When you finally wreck make sure you jump out and run away.

Actually, if you watch the later videos, he is now complaining that the feds want to charge him. He says he just wants to go home with no charges. He is angry that the others left when he wasn’t looking and he ended up holding the bag. He’s not exactly screaming “Kill them!” any more...

Here he is in his own words - looks to me like he picked his hill to die on and he did it. I’ll give him this - he struck me as a man even if I did not agree with he and his friends and think his death was tragically stupid.
