I would point out that the Police are SERVANTS NOT MASTERS.

If the man did not have a gun in his hands, the cop(s) who shot him are guilty of murder under the law. And should be punished accordingly. If he tried to run a cop down earlier, it doesn’t matter, the vehicle was disabled and no longer a weapon.

the constitution applies to everyone, and a badge does not give anyone a special pass to do whatever they want. IMO.
