No. Again Ted has shown that he's not a strategic, long term thinker, and doesn't have the sort of political instincts required to be a successful president. If he's incapable of correctly reading an obvious trap like what Fox set up for Trump, there's no way he'd be able to correctly apprise dynamic and fluid developments in international affairs.
Like Donald, he should have spotted the Fox ambush from a mile away, and should have reacted just like Donald did, beforehand. I'm afraid Ted badly blew his one last chance to show true CiC qualities before the Iowa vote.
Cruz is on his own now. Neither he nor his supporters can complain about FOX being unfair to him. The know full well what FOX is about and they are choosing to participate in that madness anyway.
