I'd bet Carson is one of them. The debate format isn't good for him and he'd benefit more from attaching himself to Trump than he does presenting himself to the public in the debate.

The second one? I'm not sure, but I'd bet it would be somebody hoping for a cabinet position. Santorum? Hucckabee? Fiorina?
