The IAVA is one of the largest and most politically influential veteransâ groups in the United States. They will not make an endorsement in either the 2016 primaries or the general election in November.

Good. Trump using better men than him as political cover makes me ill.

Thought the event was for the Wounded Warriors charity?
To: GregKremer
I've heard this is a pretty left-wing group. Also, go to their web site and it's all about getting people to sign up, which means $$$.

Not taking those donations only hurts one group of people.
This reveals the true nature of the group’s leader.
Doesn’t this pinhead know that Trump can open up his own charity, staff it, and give the funds directly to Veterans?
Sad.

They probably don’t like being used as pawns in Donald Trumps school yard games.

Ungrateful partisan hacks. More concerned about loyalty to the liberal dogma than all else.

This “charity” is a fraud. You don’t turn down donations for those in need.

They will not make an endorsement in either the 2016 primaries or the general election in November. So who asked them for an endorsement?
If Trump offers them money, they will not take it?
Enquiring minds want to know...or is this just a drama ploy?
It would seem to me that the correct thing to do would be to keep one's mouth shut until and unless a politician attempted to subvert or manipulate the organization.
And that would apply regardless of who the politician was...from Trump to Clinton to Cruz to Sanders.
The pot ain't boiling...why stir it?

Never heard of this group but got HUGE warning bells going off from a “legitimate charity” that refuses a legitimate donation with no strings attached.
I suspect John Kerry aficionados at work here.

They claim to be nonpartisan, and if so, kudos to them for making an effort to maintain distance from a political battle.
