It is left wing...the most ‘diverse’ veterans group in the country. They can pound sand.
seems like it (left wing)
Wow. TRUMP’s people will totally salt the Earth!
IAVA has liberals and conservatives. The major knock for the founder being liberal is that like Trump, he supports gays in the military. But he’s quite conservative in other ways. It’s better than Wounded Warrior Project:
According to Charity Navigator, WWP allocates 55 percent of its revenue to program expenses and 44.8 percent to fundraising and administrative expenses.[25] WWP received a âDâ rating from the American Institute of Philanthropy, C+ by Charity Watch, and “three out of four stars” from Charity Navigator.
“I’ve heard this is a pretty left-wing group.”
Intersting. Can you point me in a direction where you heard this? I just did some searching myself and see nothing of the sort. As a matter of fact, it seems they are more right-wing than anything.
I see a lot of things from their board of directors like,
- Assistant to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
- Director of Policy Planning and Arms Control for International Security Affairs at the Department of Defense.
- Director of the Bureau of Politico-Military Affairs and winning the Distinguished Honor Award.
- Perry joined the Army after enlisting in the Texas National Guard and served in Korea, Germany, and the United States before deploying to Iraq. He was awarded the Bronze Star for service in Iraq.
Not too much here leading to left-wing as you’ve heard....
Oh wait!
“You Heard!”
Now I get it! It’s like when certain politicians say, “I heard from many people...”!
My bad!
A lot of their focus is for female troops and vets. Their key word is ‘bipartisan’.
Trump is doing this for the WWP. This group is in competition with WWP. Personally, I’ve got no love for WWP, but I’ll be happy for *any* money going toward veterans.
