So far, I have never known Rush to ...totally lie, politically. He has shaded the truth, downplayed things, left things unsaid. But never lied.
To my mind, this episode may be his biggest test.
Good article, and recommended reading. Thanks for posting.
Ailes reminds me of Austin Powers.
If you have not seen the Trump Iowa press conference where Sheriff Joe introduces and endorses Trump, YOU NEED TO SEE IT!... Trump literally takes apart a reporter who misquoted him in his question. There’s 3 different exchanges between Trump and this reporter, and Trump just reduces him to rubble!
A must see!... Finally a candidate who’s willing to take the fight to the real enemy... our national media!

Because he is a sissy. He needs and wants only sycophants, like most authoritarian blowhards he doesn’t want to explain anything or allow people to see how much he really knows.
Seems to me that overall, Fox has the most to lose in this pi$$ing contest.
I think Sundance is starting to trip over his own propaganda. After all he says that McConnell is deceptive and then compares Roger Ailes to McConnell. However, hasn’t Sundance’s hero Trump been attacking Cruz for having the audacity to call McConnell a liar. So, Trump supporters is it ok to call McConnell a liar or not?
So is this one of Donald where his make up and lipstick shows. It's still not as funny as the Ailes photo.
This whole thing is getting surreal.
And this Tree House guy - urgent urgent, emergency emergency.
He makes me laugh too.
What else is there to say?
Last year, Ailes signed a multiyear contract to remain chairman and CEO of Fox News and Fox Business Network. Sherman writes that it bothered Ailes when 21st Century Fox issued a press release clarifying that Ailes would be jointly reporting to Murdoch and his two sons, Lachlan and James, who were recently elevated to executive co-chairman and CEO, respectively.
“Since that stinging public rebuke, executives have noticed Rupert around the Fox News hallways. ‘He’s marking his territory,’ one person briefed on the matter told me,” Sherman writes. Sherman also writes that, since June, Murdoch has been attending Ailes’ “secretive afternoon” gatherings where “some of the most sensitive decisions about running the channel are discussed.”

Thanks for posting. HOORAY sundance.
HOORAY Trump
I saw a panel on CNN who were mentally masturbating over this deal. They claimed Ailes was dying, and FOX news would die with him. That made me wonder how many presidents CNN has gone through since Ailes and FOX News appeared and ate their lunch.
The list of Trump “enemies” seems to grow daily, and now includes numerous people who were previously considered to be stalwarts of conservatism. I remember clearly what TV news was like prior to Fox News, and there is no question that it’s light years better for conservatives than the alternatives. It’s not perfect, but you folks that are vilifying it and threatening boycotts are accomplishng nothing other than making the leftists happy.
So I am wondering, at what point, as this list of anti-Trump villains grows, do you lot start to wonder if maybe The Donald is the issue, and not all these other folks?
Personally, I was on the fence until this debate tantrum, but this has pushed me over the edge, and I will be voting for Cruz. It just seems childish.
If Trump manages to win the primary. I’ll still vote for him in the general, but I’m really hoping that isn’t the option.
MSNBC’s Chris Matthews was amused Tuesday by GOP front-runner Donald Trump’s announcement that he’d boycott a primary debate hosted this week by Fox News, and laughed at the notion that people would tune in to watch a faceoff between “two Cubans.”
“Who is going to watch a debate between the two Cuban guys?” the longtime cable news host asked.
His question was in reference to Sens. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Marco Rubio, R-Fla., both of whom are Cuban-Americans.
“Who is going to watch a debate between Rubio, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz. Who cares?” Matthews continued. “You know they’ve been fighting in this interleague fight over who is the hawkish guy, or whatever. Who is going to watch that Thursday night?”........
It would had been if Greta or Hannity moderated the debate, than the Donald would have likely had come on, even Mark Levin or Rush Limbaugh.
I guess this guy did not see the 2011 interview Trump did with Megan Kelly when he was sponsoring a debate and only 1 or 2 candidates wanted to go,Trump said they did not have any courage,he also praised old Megan Kelly as a very good moderator.
