WASHINGTON - Hillary Clinton said Sunday she's not worried about her email server damaging her presidential campaign despite an independent investigator finding super-secret messages on her homebrew server.
"I'm not concerned," Clinton told NBC's "Meet the Press," "because I know what the facts are. I never sent or received any material marked 'classified.' I cannot control what the Republicans leak and what they are contending."
The inspector general for the intelligence community alerted Congress recently that emails Clinton turned over to the State Department included several that were more compartmentalized than top secret.

So, if she were to be elected . . . could she pardon herself?
“If she didn’t send or receive classified documents (not that I believe her) then would someone ask her what she was doing for 4 years because it wasn’t her job.”
Excellent point. It is completely lost on her supporters.
If she is elected civil war might ensue.

And there you have it. Technically she might be correct, none of the emails she received or sent might have not been properly marked which attempts to do two things:
— place blame on those who sent her the ‘classified’ information for not properly marking it which,by the way, they could not legally do anyway since they were placing the information in an unsecured network;
— and for the above to work, we must believe she was ignorant on the sensitivity of the information to excuse her for forwarding it.
The goal is to deflect damage on her to some underling(s) to save herself. For this to work we have to concede the ‘smartest woman in the world’ with self proclaimed many years of accomplished work in the Federal Government could not tell what information might have been too sensitive to forward?? One or two obscure emails perhaps; not hundreds. Any prosecutor worth their weight in salt should have not problem shooting this argument down. Ignorance is no excuse for abiding by information security rules, particularly the Secretary of State with many minions to keep them inside the rails and over hundreds of instances.
Typical narcissist.
No grand jury, no indictment.
As Trump said a couple of days ago in Iowa, “She needs to be thrown in the clinkâ€. The clink sounds so much more final than just saying prison or jail.

The DOJ has to be the entity to charge her, not this IG, not the FBI. The DOJ is political and acts at the direction of Obama.
Bingo. Don’t hold your breath waiting for the Just-us Department under Jeh to convene a grand jury. They probably wouldn’t do that even if Hillary shot an “unarmed” black “teen” on Federal property.
The health thing is no joke. One of her most recent speeches lasted only five minutes, probably because she wasn’t up to keeping it up any longer. The pressure on her is just going to get worse, meaning she could have a debilitating health failure.
If she manages to get the nomination, liberals will still vote for her in the general even if she's under indictment for 4,000 felony counts. Liberals simply don't understand the gravity of what she's done (and would continue to do).
I am not worried it will burt her candidacy either.
That is because there are two sets of laws. one fore the ruling class and one for the peasants. She knows nothing is going to happen because the fix is in.
Hillary SAYS she’s not worried. That’s what the headline should say.

We already have 65,915,796 examples that fit the bill.
That should be the result of her getting the nomination.
