Memories of my Dad with his crippled hands ( from Polio) holding two pencils and punching the keys with the erasers.
I am sitting at his Leopold desk with the storage rack for the typewriter, though it is stored in the attic. Just can’t let it go!

I had friends in college affected by polio..What a dreadful disease...I was so thrilled the vaccine was available when my children were young.
