Donald Trump leads the polls nationally and in most states in the race for the Republican presidential nomination. There are understandable reasons for his eminence, and he has shown impressive gut-level skill as a campaigner. But he is not deserving of conservative support in the caucuses and primaries. Trump is a philosophically unmoored political opportunist who would trash the broad conservative ideological consensus within the GOP in favor of a free-floating populism with strong-man overtones. Trump's political opinions have wobbled all over the lot. The real-estate mogul and reality-TV star has supported abortion, gun control, single-payer health care à la Canada, and punitive taxes on the wealthy. (He and Bernie Sanders have shared more than funky outer-borough accents.) Since declaring his candidacy he has taken a more conservative line, yet there are great gaping holes in it.

Flame away Trumpites...
Everyone in the rino, gop-er, vichy reublican uniparty and democrat socialists are against him and worried about him.
Not for the sake of the country, but their own power over the country.
They are all going down.
They want conservative Jeb! or Kaisch.
The GOP, as currently configured, must be purged of 75% of its office holders and paid consultants and other scumbags.
They had their chance.
They’re all done.
No need to....it speaks for itself.
The conservative establishment has failed to stop Obama!
National Review doyens can attack Trump all they want but they aren’t offering a conservative alternative.
If it was up to the creased pants and bow-tie crowd, they’d be more comfortable with Hillary than Trump.
And after collaborating with Obama to bring the country to ruin, they have the chutzpah to tell us to stop being angry.
They need to STFU and go away and leave us alone.

But I thought the establishment was embracing Trump!?
My ears are as deaf to them as theirs were to our demands to secure the border.
Why do I envision a scene from The Exorcist coming up...
Ahhhhhh!!!! Establishment!!! Head spin, spew, spew, I am Legion!!!!
Try finding NR in any Hudson News outlet in Manhattan. Magazines like that used to be put up front. Now you have to search through dozens of magazines like Southern Home and Tent Living to find it.
There what is?
Inside the beltway writers in sheer panic mode.
Get used to it TB
Just when people were saying the Establishment loves Trump....
The alt-right in their typically clever way have termed this “The Cuckservative Manifesto*. Seems about right.
The National Review is admitting Trump is going to win.
Now they are preparing to go back on their word of supporting the nominee no matter who it is.
Remember it was asked in the First Republican Debate. Because the time the National Review thought their boy Jeb was going to be the nominee.
Anyway, this tells you everything you need to know about the National Review. They are ANTI-Conservative because they want to keep in place the RIGID deals that shuts down our country and gives everything to China and Mexico. They want to keep the borders wide open to drive wages down, and have more people dependent on people. They want to continue the destroy the America we know and love. In other words they are the Establishment. The enemy of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
If you are for open borders, rigid trade deals that Scr*ws America, endless wars and massive deficits. Then the National Establishment... I mean National Review is for you.
Some one should take them a Teddy Bear.
Yup... they used to say Barry Goldwater would destroy conservatism.
He could never beat LBJ. But that’s water under the bridge.
Instead of taking Hillary to task, conservatives beat up a Republican.
I didn’t see them panic over losers McCain and Romney.
I did not know this:
Few of us will ever have the experience, as Trump did, of having Daddy-O bail out our struggling enterprise with an illegal loan in the form of casino chips.

Manifesto is the correct word for this farce. Most on the list are RINO’s.
Sorry, too late, thats great, and we don’t need you nut jobs in the election anyway. Consider sanity and not being a cherry blossom warrior. It is decidedly un-christian being one with the Bushido blade at your side.
Love you anyway as God wants it. Just put down the Bushido blade please. You are a fellow Freeper. Attten HUT!
