I have voiced the same concern she has.

I have had folks assure me it wouldn’t happen. If they are wrong, the nation is done. I don’t gamble with things like that.

I worry too, but look at all the Un-rattfied amendments that are essentially dead letters:

So they could try to destroy the 2nd but if we cannot get 13 states to veto such a thing we have already lost the country...

An article V would only generate Un-ratified amendments, it would be up to states to ratify them, and all it takes is 13 states to say NO, and they become dead letters.
