Ah....okay. I mean, I kinda am religious in that I talk to God whenever I want to and usually when alone down in the barn, but I never thought I might be anointed to rule over the whole of society.

I know there are people that deeply believe in this sort of religious thought, but I do not think it will transfer well in the general election, muck less out of Iowa.

Sounds like the evangelical version of what the mullahs have done in Iran.

Thank you for referencing that article abigkahuna. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

While I will reluctantly vote for Cruz if nominated, please consider the following.

”My Son “Anointed” To “Take Control of Society”..”

Harvard Law School-indoctrinated Cruz has evidently not told has father about the federal governments constitutionally limited powers.

Remember in November !

So if patriots elect Cruz, or whatever conservative they elect, they will also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the president.

In fact, note that such a Congress will also probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

Ted Cruz is a Southern Baptist. I do not care what church his father belongs to or what he preaches.

I am a Catholic and certain members of my family think I am going to hell because I am not of their church. If I ran for office, these people could be quoted to say I am going to hell. I remember when John Kennedy, a Catholic, was running for president and people said he would turn the country into a Catholic country and they did not vote for him for that reason.

I watched this complete video. Does this smell somewhat of “prosperity gospel”? Yes, but sure doesn’t warrant the Dominionist “Cruz is a cultist” the sky is falling charge.

Oh brother! Dust off the Styrofoam Greek columns. The problem is I think they both believe that crap. Cruz is wandering in to Obama's Messiah territory now.

That kind of holier than thou talk is a real turn off.

What next? We're the ones we've been waiting for?

Rafael Cruz indicated that his son was among the evangelical Christians who are anointed as “kings” to take control of all sectors of society, an agenda commonly referred to as the “Seven Mountains” mandate,
He might have to get by that citizenship mandate first. I don't think lying and cheating is a good way to start your holy mandate.

We are already living with the residue from the current ‘annointed’ one who is still fundamentally changing the nation.

We don’t need another one who thinks he is ‘annointed’.

This is a total hit piece based on piecing together clips from two different sermons (one from 2012 and the other from 2013) and then a prayer session for Sen. Cruz which was separate from the two other sermons.

Cruz’s dad appears to be into the health and wealth movement which is very false. However, he is basically saying that Congregation has all been anointed as either kings, who go out and work and get financial blessings from God, or as priests who receive a tithe from the kings.

I wouldn’t want Cruz’s dad as my pastor because I strongly disagree with his theology, however, he was not saying that his son was uniquely anointed as a king to take over America. That is a smear that is created through the creative cutting of the video.

What kind of “church” has a star of david with a pyramid, and a menorah with a crescent? Looks freakishly Masonic/Illuminati to me. Rafael Cruz is BAD news.

You can’t control society. Look at Saloth Sar (Pol Pot). When he took over, under the Khmer Rouge, they declared it “The Year Zero”, money was essentially banned - you can find photos of the Cambodian currency blowing down the street as no “citizen” was allowed to use it - only the “Organization” (government) in exchange with other countries), 2 million Cambodians of a total national population of 8 million “died” (in quotes, it was mostly murder, mass-murder, genocide of their own people), many Cambodian actually never knew Saloth’s name even, they only heard of the “Organization” which was basically some “religion” or better “cult”, I mean Saloth Sar may have been a French educated Socialist but really his mind was into the same dynamics that I am reading from this “Preacher” and about “control society”, a sort of religion but I don’t think Jesus was much about “control society” no matter how you spin it.

This is of the same mind set that would end up with 1-Fourth of the US population “disappeared” into another “year zero”.

I think it's fair to quote Cruz's father and then ask the Senator if he agrees.

And to also ask if he took any action to dispel these public pronouncements of his father, made in an obvious political context.

Absolutely fair game.

I thought churches were prevented from advocacy of a specific candidate to maintain the non-profit status?

My initial reaction to reading that is less than favorable.

In the secular side there is an interview that Donald gave back in the 80’s stating that he was born for a reason.

No different.

So lets eliminate Trump and Cruz and vote for any of the establishment who believe they are Kings and Rulers - what could go wrong?

Sundance is officially a tool of the left. Or just a tool. I'm not sure which. By perpetuating the myth that 7 Mountains is dominionism, he has wholly embraced liberal methodology.

For anyone who cares to discover the facts:

There are 7 Mountains of Influence in Culture...

In 1975, Bill Bright, founder of Campus Crusade, and Loren Cunningham, founder of Youth With a Mission, had lunch together in Colorado. God simultaneously gave each of these change agents a message to give to the other. During that same time frame Francis Schaeffer was given a similar message. That message was that if we are to impact any nation for Jesus Christ, then we would have to affect the seven spheres, or mountains of society that are the pillars of any society.

These seven mountains are business, government, media, arts and entertainment, education, the family and religion. There are many subgroups under these main categories. About a month later the Lord showed Francis Schaeffer the same thing. In essence, God was telling these three change agents where the battlefield was. It was here where culture would be won or lost. Their assignment was to raise up change agents to scale the mountains and to help a new generation of change agents understand the larger story.

This website is designed to help educate those who wish to become change agents in culture for Christian values and to connect like-minded men and women for a common vision.

What?! Bring Christ back into our culture?! That's just crazy talk! /s

If you bought this line of attack, you need to do some serious fact-checking. The primary opponents to it - and the ones attempting to tar and feather Ted Cruz with it - are ungodly liberals who write for Salon, The Atlantic, Huffington Post, DailyKos.
