Earlier this evening, we noted that the western German town of Bornheim has banned adult male asylum seekers from its indoor public pool after some German women complained of harassment.
"There have been complaints of sexual harassment and chatting-up going on in this swimming pool ... by groups of young men, and this has prompted some women to leave (the premises)," the townâs deputy mayor said.
Bornheim, as it turns out, is just a stoneâs throw away from Cologne where a wave of sexual assaults allegedly perpetrated by men of âArab originâ at a New Yearâs Eve festival has mushroomed into a bloc-wide scandal.
Now, officials from across Europe are struggling to deflect criticism and devise a way to ensure that women are safe in large crowds.
As we documented on Thursday, Switzerland has adopted an Austrian cartoon flyer for its upcoming Lucerne carnival. The pictogram lays out various instances of accepted behavior such as kissing and praying, while making it clear that flying into a mad rage and open-hand slapping women and small children is frowned upon in polite society.

they are fantastic... always go to one in Southern Germany that has a wellenbad where you could swim from the inside to the outside even during the winter. I’ve been to some in Northern Germany that have unisex changing rooms, not a big deal in Germany... but I can’t imagine what the migrants make of it.
Muslims are unfit for civilization. Send them home, either upright or in boxes.
Certain cultures are incompatible. Those who believe in Sharia law can never assimilated into our society. Their attitude towards women, for example, is contrary to our Constitution and our lifestyle. As we saw in Germany - with Merkel’s blessing - rapes and acts of terror are some of the consequence.
