Still trying to decide if Rubio is truly eligible.

Look for Iowa to be:
Trump
Rubio (”surprise” 2nd place)
Cruz
Rubio takes 2nd in NH with a lot of media fanfare. SC is not needed as there are bigger contests later.
And then the GOPe goes all in on Florida, just like they did in 2012.
