So, Trump is going to have Congress declare war on "FOREIGN INVADERS" and implement wartime powers to stop it? You're better off getting Congress just pass some restriction and hope the court doesn't strike it down.

It doesn’t take wartime powers to correct a misreading of the Constitution. But I can certainly see now why you are for Cruz. You seem enamored of the idea that our own Constitution prioritizes the rights of illegals, birth tourists and actual foreign invaders over the best interests of the country and its citizens. Thus you want another politician to ensure that nothing much changes. Happily, it doesn’t look like you’ll get your wish.
