It doesn’t take wartime powers to correct a misreading of the Constitution. But I can certainly see now why you are for Cruz. You seem enamored of the idea that our own Constitution prioritizes the rights of illegals, birth tourists and actual foreign invaders over the best interests of the country and its citizens. Thus you want another politician to ensure that nothing much changes. Happily, it doesn’t look like you’ll get your wish.
So, it seems now you are declaring that Trump can just issue an executive order and change it all. If not, then please specify how it gets changed.
