If Planet Fitness wants to have a “judgment free policy”, that is their prerogative. However, exactly what that means should be clearly made known to every single existing member as well as to every single potential member. If they had done this, plainly stating that their company allowed men to freely use the women’s locker room and vice versa, this the woman would not have a reason to object.

I wonder what will happen when some guy just uses this policy to get into the women’s locker room; and then rapes someone.

If the women are informed ahead of time, and then they are assaulted, they don’t have a lawsuit?

Good reason for the company to clearly inform; and for women to STAY AWAY from joints like this.
