Ted Olson is a private citizen. He is entitled to his opinion but it has no force of law. This issue has never been litigated. It needs to be.
Are you sure about this? Wasn't a statute required for Cruz's classification as a citizen? Cannot a statute remove it?
Natural born means nothing was needed to bestow citizenship and nothing can be passed to removed it.
