Since nothing further was required for Ted to acquire citizenship, his classification has been deemed to be natural born.

Ted Olson is a private citizen. He is entitled to his opinion but it has no force of law. This issue has never been litigated. It needs to be.

Probably so....but as you know, the SC has refused to do so, and certainly won’t now...in the middle of a presidential campaign.

It amuses me to no end - Each and every election season we here at FR eat our own.

Nothing has changed over the last Four / Five election cycles AND nothing will change in this regard.

I am no longer participating in debates about Cruz’s birth.

I think everything that anyone thinks or has been said has been said multiple times.

I appreciate Trump and would dance to the polls to support him but why do his most avid supporters continue to claim he brought this up ‘to help Ted.’ Puleeze.
