Of course he is a citizen, but is he a Natural Born citizen. What does that mean in the Constitution. That is going to be the issue for the Dems.

There are only two kinds of citizens: Naturalized citizens, and Natural Born citizens. Since you concede he is a citizen, and he has never been naturalized, he is thus a Natural Born citizen.
