What paperwork? He has a record of birth to a US citizen, same as I. That is the paperwork we both used to get a Passport.
Did you get a passport with only a foreign birth certificate? There’s nothing on his birth certificate that says his mother was U.S. citizen at the time of his birth.
There might be a naturalization file for Cruz. He was born in Canada to two Canadian citizens (if, in fact, his mother became a Canadian citizen as some sources say).
Only Cruz can make that public:
Details have been emerging which highly suggest that both Ted Cruz’s parents had become Canadian citizens prior to his birth. According to past public statements made by his father, legal opinions and documentation currently available, Rafael (Ted) Cruz was likely born of 2 Canadian citizens in Calgary back in December of 1970.

Exactly how do you know that Ted's mother did not become a Canadian citizen at the same time as his father did?
I've never seen where the question has been answered, one way or the other.
You don't think this is hurting him enough that it would be prudent to show it?
It's not different than showing a Birth Certificate. Easily released by the principal.
Any one of us on this forum would do so if our Birth Citizenship were questioned. Especially if questioned in a state court as the pending suit in Florida does. He could be denied ballot access in Florida if he does not respond.
