If Hillary being indicted depends on action by the Obama Justice Department, then I can practically guarantee that no indictment will ever be brought against her.

1. Obama hates Hillary, but she will not revoke all of Obama's executive orders and decrees. Most of the Republican candidates will. Also, if the next President is a Republican he will blame Obama for all of the fallout from Obama's 8 years of rule. Hillary will blame Bush. So Hillary is Obama's only chance for a lasting "legacy" (which makes Obama hate her all the more).
2. Mutually assured destruction. Simply stated, if Hillary goes down she will take Obama with her.

I think Comey is scared for his job and his retirement. Saying they don’t give a rip about politics. Setting up the server alone was illegal, was it not? Or, I should say, I’ve seen it described that way.
The fact that he’s done nothing seems he will do nothing. Especially if she gets the Dem nomination which seems likely.

Consider this. The FBI has been around a whole lot longer than the muzzie up in the White House. They are good men and woman that became agents to uphold the law, to investigate and get to the truth.
I read an article a day or so ago that indicated the FBI was building a case against Clinton that will be irrefutable and impossible to NOT indict. The FBI gathers the facts/evidence and presents it to the Atty General. Despite what many believe, the FBI are pretty autonomous of the office of DOJ.
I have a friend who works in Washington and he told me Obama has an intense dislike for the Clintons and is just waiting for the right time to let the hammer fall. I HOPE that is true, because my God, to see her do the perp walk would make my life complete.
