But, i appears this is just the beginning...for better or for worse.
I also believe that each of these candidates could clear the cloud by proving their NBC.

Does Cruz have a passport? That should be proof of citizenship. Or perhaps he should just provide an Hawaii birth certificate. Those seem easy to come by.
...and just how pray tell will they be able to do this...to the satisfaction of Alan Grayson and scum like that who don't WANT it cleared up??????? I'm waiting.
Gee, will the cases be dismissed due to lack of standing?
Cruz has had his birth records sealed. Heââ¬â¢ll have to answer the reason why himself.
THIS IS A BALD FACED LIE. Here is your link. Yeah, I am handicapped, don’t know how to post pics, but maybe someone else will.
Whatever else this obvious nut job has to say I won’t waste my time reading.

That will be difficult since neither are NBCs. By the convoluted laws we have now, Rubio has the best chance. Cruz doesn’t seem interested in trying.
It appears to be a two day old blog dedicated to trashing Rubio and Cruz in favor of Trump, replete with infantile headlines.....
link to his birth certificate below. If I found it last night and this woman hasn’t she has serious problems.
Cruz will be facing roadblocks every day, from nearly every state. It will be a fatal distraction, he will have to be on the offensive continuously.
(Citizenship is not the same as the naturalization requirements for citizenship to run for President as stated in the constitution.)
This is what they both need to clear up....
I think this should extend not only to the President and Vice President, but to the Speaker of the House, (now that we have Muslims in our government) and extend to the Supreme Court Judges and then take it to the Supreme Court to get it ruled on once and for all....they made a bad decision on obuma, and it needs to be corrected....
I think being born to an American mother should be the only requirement. I’m just thinking about my wife having her premature baby. What if we had driven to see the Calgary Stampede and she had gone into labor and had the baby in Canada? Would anyone in their right mind say my child was not an American citizen?
A child born to an American mother in a foreign country, is FAR more American than a child born to a foreign mother in America in my opinion.
As an interesting side note, by my definition, Winston Churchill could have run for the office of President of the United States because his mother was American.
I personally do not like it when any candidate has any information sealed from the public. Not cool.
Was Rubio born here ???
I don’t think either of his parents were American citizens as yet when he was born...they were still Cubans
The mother of Cruz was born here to American citizen parents..
So who exactly has “standing” to file these suits??? Lots of different people and organizations tried it with Obama, but no one had standing according to the various courts. I would think that these actions would hit the same roadblock — - at least they should in an impartial legal system.
The danger as I see it:
Cruz gets elected. Then some Liberal group decides to challenge his “natural born” status. They judge shop and find some liberal wacko Federal jurist who agrees. He issues an injunction preventing Cruz from being sworn in while the courts consider the matter.
A Constitutional crisis ensues. Obama remains in office indefinitely as the Federal courts play football with this.
While the field of candidates for the next presidential election is still taking shape, at least one potential candidate, Senator Ted Cruz, was born in a Canadian hospital to a U.S. citizen mother. Despite the happenstance of a birth across the border, there is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a “natural born Citizen” within the meaning of the Constitution.
-snip-
There are plenty of serious issues to debate in the upcoming presidential election cycle. The less time spent dealing with specious objections to candidate eligibility, the better. Fortunately, the Constitution is refreshingly clear on these eligibility issues. To serve, an individual must be at least thirty-five years old and a “natural born Citizen.” Thirty-four and a half is not enough and, for better or worse, a naturalized citizen cannot serve. But as Congress has recognized since the Founding, a person born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent is generally a U.S. citizen from birth with no need for naturalization. And the phrase “natural born Citizen” in the Constitution encompasses all such citizens from birth. Thus, an individual born to a U.S. citizen parent — whether in California or Canada or the Canal Zone — is a U.S. citizen from birth and is fully eligible to serve as President if the people so choose.

This can be cleared up pretty quickly in Cruz’s favor.
But pretending the issue isn’t there is foolish.
Wasn’t Rubio born here to legal residents?
Both of them should make ridiculous Adobe Photoshop birth certificates
and put them on a website as a joke.
Well, that has worked for Barack Hussein Obama so far...and his college records have never been released...Mr. Obama is "cloaked in darkness" as to his life in the United States with the exception of a few crumbs here and there...nothing of any note. His days as Community Organizer, that job handed him by Gerald Kellman....community organizing and communism are very similar bed fellows...(Socialism, Marxism, Communism & Obama), but HEY! no one wanted to vet the obama man...at least not the socialists in the nation, but those same types want to vet a real American. one who stands for the United States Constitution.... dang, you just can't have have that.
