Are Y'all fixin? As in "fixin" to get excited for Donald Trump tonight?
Tonight will be @ the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington, VT.
I will post other live threads if they superior to this one. For example, we've noticed that Fox News of Phoenix sometimes stream the Trump Rallys at:

Here's a little background of this historic place.
HISTORY OF THE FLYNN
The Flynn has been at the center of Vermont's cultural landscape for almost 80 yearsâfrom its earliest days as a vaudeville house through five decades as a premier movie theater to its present incarnation as the region's leading performance center and arts education organization. Today, the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts is recognized internationally for its significant artistic, educational, and community outreach activities; superb technical capacity; beautiful ambiance; historic setting; and world-class presentations.
As we approach the Flynn's 30th anniversary as a performing arts center and 80th anniversary as an historic theater, we celebrate a rich legacy of connecting our community with the arts.
THE BIRTH OF AN ENTERTAINMENT
It was the time of the Great Depression and the country was trying to rebound from the stock market crash of 1929. The presence of the University of Vermont and active textile and lumber industries buffered Burlington somewhat from the ravages of precipitous economic decline. "Bootleggers" scoffed at Prohibition. The face of George Washington was unveiled on Mount Rushmore. The Graf Zeppelin took to the air. Hamburger was 35 cents a pound, an entire steak dinner cost just $1.25, and Ford's new Deluxe Coupe could be driven out of the showroom for $545.

One last comment.
This is Bernie Sanders country. Why the Trump Team picked this place is beyond me. It's been reported, in some publications, that the organizers were worried his crowd would scoop up all the tickets. Whether this is true or not, I personally wouldn't know, but fact is the Trump Team has offered up to 20,000 tickets on line to an event that will hold approximately 1400 people. This seems a bit absurd, and may cause a problem for the neighborhood.
It's already posing a problem for the local police force who are committed to having an orderly and safe show.
I've noticed also in the local news that some of the artists who have performed at the Flynn have asked that theater cancel the event, because they consider Donald Trump's Rally has a forum for "hate speech," but the Directors of theater refused.
Let's pray that there are no serious injuries tonight.
Here are some excerpts from the Burlington Free Press:
Vermonters who plan to see Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump speak on Thursday should prepare for "airport-like" security and sizable crowds after the campaign issued tickets for more than 10 times the number of available seats, the Flynn Center's executive director says.
âWeâve been working with the Secret Service very carefully along with the Burlington Police Department,â said John Killacky, whose 1,400-seat theater is playing host to Trump's evening speech.
Outside the venue, city officials are concerned after learning the Trump campaign issued far more free tickets than there are available seats. As of midday Wednesday, police said the campaign had distributed about 20,000.
âI wonder if the Trump campaign took into account the safety of the police officers who have to contend with large, dissatisfied crowds,â Burlington Police Chief Brandon del Pozo said. âThis situation would place police officers in needless confrontations with citizenry.â
I'll put my grandmother's/mother's recipe for meatloaf up against his mother's any day of the week! hehehehehe
Do you happen to know what his mother's recipe is ?
LOL....true! :-)
What’s in the IVANKA SALAD ?
OK, two sale tips since you are local to me. Marsh $1.99 Asparagus... Good quality... Had some in my pasta tonight.
Fresh Thyme $3.99 shrimp... not real big, I think in the 30-40 range per pound but good quality and ez-peel farmed (No cesium) shrimp.
They usually go well over 500 posts. We have a great time on them. :-)
Wow ..should of known. hmm Travel to New York from Texas..oh well I’ll have to settle for Blue Bell.
You are basing your argument on a faulty premise - that the present system of in-state HMOs will remain as it is.
If the present intrastate limitations are eliminated, and insurance companies are allowed by law to compete interstate, then the entire paradigm of “in-network” / out-of-network,” by definition of allowing INTERSTATE competition is going to change ...
Why? Because the profit motive will incentivize enterprising insurance companies to initiate the process, doing away with the limitation of in vs out of networks.
When that happens, market forces will push this model to many iterations. Once the floodgates open, the entire edifice will change.
Your problem is that you are unable to think outside the box. Either that is the case, or else you are just being obstinate for the sake of trolling this thread.
Yeah, but does that Levin guy knows this, before he goes off again spouting off?
From the menu....
IVANKA’S SALAD...
Diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, Mediterranean cured olives, feta cheese and romaine lettuce with Greek dressing
I had mine with grilled chicken. Hubby had the meatloaf. Everything was superb...including the service.
My grandmother liked sweetbreds too; not my kind of thing.
But then, I used to LOVE to watch my grandfather eat oysters, but wouldn’t even try them until I was very much older.
LOVE, love, love Blue Bell!!
Was SO happy when they started up, again. The store shelves were wiped clean, that day :)
That poster is a TROLL !
Poor you. :-(
Foie de Veau a la Lyonnaise?
;-) Make it sound fancy and people will love it.
I know, it’s the best.
I saw a bald eagle today. ;-) Trump choked up Kelly. Great day for me. Gnight dj
Okay...tell me about the meatlaof; did it or did it NOT have ketchup on the top.
Besides which I, my kiddo and the in-law all know French,so calling it that wouldn't help any, IF they didn't like it. LOL
Don't forget you have to post your dinner menu !
