Do it, Ted. Take it away as an issue for the Democrats.

Did Barack Obama do that?

He’s just a high profile concern troll.
I’m not sure exactly how he thinks this is supposed to play out. All he’s doing is pissing off the 70% who currently don’t support him and making sure they never do.

Better to do it now and try to get a judgment.
If Cruz does get the GOP nomination, you can bet the farm that the Dems could try to keep his eligibility tied up in the courts for as long as possible.

Trump’s just trying to lock down the Cruz birther vote, which is odd considering he had most of those to begin with. Judging from posts on FR, it’s over half his base.

"Do it, Ted. Take it away as an issue for the Democrats." Uncommon common sense. =^)
In fact, was not Hillary the first birther when campaigning against Obama? Corrections welcome.

If course Trump knows that would take time, and have to be appealed to SCOTUS to be final. By then the primaries would be over. He’s muddying the waters, and it’s working.

Is that your new standard? I was kinda hoping we would go back to what the Constitution and the laws actually mean. But you, post obamba, believe we are a nation of men rather then a nation of laws. I guess obamba has more influence with some Americans then I thought.

This will all backfire on Trump, this left wing hit job is NOT what voters want to be distracted by...and it says a hell of alot about Trumps character which is becoming clear isn’t POTUS worthy. This is scumbag concern trolling.

True, but just as
McCain did in 2008, Cruz would be wise to get a Senate resolution declaring him to be an NBC to settle this issue.
Trump is correct that he's doing Cruz a favor to bring this to a head now rather than let Hillary do it at a time of her choosing.

You can be sure the courts will treat Cruz differently than the way they treated Obama on this issue. Especially after the DemonRATS play the homo blackmail card on Roberts again. As well as all the other closeted homo judges on the bench.
