Ivanka has to run the family business but Meg Whitman is an interesting thought!

I stole it from a poster at Conservative Treehouse.

This is the original thread with it. Well worth reading:

What about Ivanka’s husband. He is quite accomplished in his own right. Iirc He too is in RE and owns a newspaper or some type of media Maybe he could fit in somewhere? Tiffany is going to law school in the fall. Expect her to clerk for Sam Alito, a colleague of her aunt when she graduates

He still votes. I can’t imagine a vice-chair for any committe that can’t vote as a normal member, can you?

What did Cruz vote?

Once again Sundance is right on! If Cruz let this happen while he was vice chair, without at least speaking out against it, then he is not worth anything more than Rubio to me.

Au-contraire

Mississippi is the FIRST OF MANY reasons the GOPe is dead. The main reason this voter will not give another vote to any ‘solid’ supporter of that party. They showed then what true skunks the are. From that point forward they were nothing but the flies on a rubbish bin. Of Course Trump would remember this disgrace of a party and how well they did what they did. ALL OF US REMEMBER!!

Die you SOBs die. Mitch, HB, you be the first to fall on the sword.

Good Work, Donald, slam them hard. WTP would love to be standing in line to follow you.

Trump’s children form such a ‘deep bench’ as they say in sports. They will play quite a role in shaping their generation.

I remember people here being upset, at the time, that Cruz wouldn’t get involved and support McDaniel.

I didn’t pay much attention to Meg’s race against Brown, so I’m unsure about how great a candidate she is.

But she has both the resume and the residency (California) that Trump can’t ignore.

President Trump Cabinet

Gov. Greg Abbott as Vice President

Department of State, (return INS.) Newt Gingrich
Department of Justice, Rep. Steve King
Department of Treasury, (includes former Homeland Security - Customs) Carl Icahn (Offered and Accepted)
Department of War, (change the name back.) Include former VA function Gen. James Mattis
Department of Interior, (includes the legitimate functions only of former Dept. of Transportation, Dept. of Homeland Security - Border Patrol, and Energy Departments) Gov. Sarah Palin
Department of Labor and Commerce, Herman Cain

This proposed model has the President directly managing seven subordinates which is optimal.

Department of Education William J. Bennett in a Temporary position
as it will be ELIMINATED as proposed by The Donald, 9/23/15 at a Columbia, SC Town Hall with Sen. Tim Scott.
Department of Homeland Security ELIMINATE
Department of Energy ELIMINATE
Department of Health and Human Services ELIMINATE
Department of Housing and Urban Development ELIMINATE
Department of Veterans Affairs ELIMINATE
Department of Agriculture ELIMINATE
Department of Transportation ELIMINATE

On Fox news Sunday, 10/18/15 Trump said he would cut funding for EPA and Dept. of Ed.

In non-cabinet level jobs

Gen. Peter Pace as National Security Adviser
LTC Ralph Peters as Director of National Intelligence (NDI)
Sheriff Clarke should be FBI Director
Michelle Bachman as IRS Commissioner under Secretary Carl Icahn in Treasury
Admiral James A. Ace Lyons as Undersecretary of War Navy Branch.
LTC Allen West as Undersecretary of War Army Branch.
Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney as Undersecretary of War Air Force Branch.
Ted Nugent as Undersecretary of Interior
Diamond Hardaway and Rochelle Silk Richardson would be great as President Trumps Co-Press Secretaries.

Marsha Blackburn, Speaker of the House
Ted Cruz as Senate Majority Leader.

Read the book THE TRUMPS
Wonderful foundation. His grandmother was widowed with three children. DT’’s father oldest at 11. She sent him to trade school to learn electricity, plumbing and basic building trade while still in high school. His sister was sent to business school to become a bookkeeper John the youngest is the uncle he frequently mentions as a professor at MIT. What he lacks to mention is his work with radar (during WWII) and the foundation for our radiation treatments.
So from legal immigrant single mother to multi- billionaire in three generations. The American Dream on Steroids !

Forget members of his family!

Doesn't ANYONE here know about the NEPOTISM LAW, that was enacted after JFK died?

Well, it was an unusual primary - why the RINO element went to such lengths to keep a senile creep in office. I don’t think Cruz was involved in that disgraceful and criminal event.

Bravo to you. The rabid dogs are doing nothing but driving away Cruz supporters who do like him and want to see a Cruz/Trump ticket or vice versa. Personally, I prefer the team player method. The men themselves could hash it out between them.

Cruz was inactive on the committee, having already announced that he would not personally become involved in any GOP senatorial primary campaign. This was so as to avoid having to endorse or otherwise support Texas' senior senator, John Cornyn.

Further, he argued that the committee should do the same -- not take sides in the GOP primaries. Heretofore that had generally been the oractice.

Cruz resigned his committee post after the Mississippi run-off.

You are now a better informed FReeper.

I’m a Cruz supporter and wonder what he would say about that. But I thought that Cruz was not with the National Republican Senate Candidacy Campaign but with the National CONSERVATIVE Senatorial Campaign. I’m not sure about the acronyms and such but I thought Cruz was in a group that was not for REPUBLICANS but for CONSERVATIVES. Am I mistaken on that? I’ve received emails from Cruz’s group and I know I told the Republican fundraising people to go pound sand after Mississippi - loudly!
