I chaired a meeting of a group opposed to gun control during the Clinton regime, and a guy came in and started handing out some serious white supremacist stuff and making decidedly racist remarks. I shut him down, pronto. I told him I didn't care if someone was a thumbnail worshiper from Mars, if they were against gun control, they were welcome. You're free to believe whatever you believe about whomever you believe it, and even discuss it with whoever you want, just not here and now. For the purposes of this meeting and organization, it has no place in the room.
If you aren't ever watchful of such, your group can be tagged with almost anything overnight, and characterized by the most outrageous statements and actions of anyone who claims to speak for you...sometimes with undercover video. (The guys interviewing planned parenthood aren't the only people who use such tactics, and the Left hates it when you use their plays against them).
Whatever happens in this case, the following groups will be tarred with a broad brush:
Farmers/ranchers
Gun owners
People who aren't marching in lockstep with the Government land-grab agenda
Generally, white, rural, Christians.
What conceivable progress will be made? In the Mass media, the message that the Government is squeezing out ranchers like a robber baron will be lost.
Instead, freedom loving people will be portrayed as armed lunatics.
It's May, 1995 all over again.
I was just driving home and heard an ABC news report saying , “armed militia have taken over a federal building in rural Oregon in an effort to create armed conflict and overthrow the government. The takeover began as an effort to protect two men convicted of arson. -—( I guess the media has its orders already)

Your legalistic views do not apply any longer. There is no real rule of law when the government abuses it so badly. There was no arson, no act of terrorism. That is a lie, just because the Hammonds have been reluctant to fight the government does not imply the good will of the government. They burned weeds and grass to create a fire break because it was very dry that year. Most of the land which was burned was their own private land. The BLM was using the same techniques that year, it is good land management to prevent wider destruction by wild fires.
The Hammonds were tried by your government, they were convicted by your government and they served the sentence, period. There is no more to the story...they served their time honorably and were released. Then comes along some Federal “judge” who claims they have to go back to prison. It really does not matter if what that judge says is legal Par35, it is unjust and tyrannical. The original sentence was way harsher than the “crime” was.
You are just going to have to get used to the fact that there are more and more Americans who no longer give authority to your government to rule.
You really should be more respectful to the militia who are there defending the rights of Americans. Your incapability to understand what is really going on is no excuse. They are there fighting for American freedom from a tyrannical government.
Your court systems are corrupt and meaningless in terms of justice and law. Your government no longer has the right to govern. That is where the state of the nation is at Par35...so, go one and keep spewing your bullshit as you watch everything you believe in destroyed.
Or, recognize the injustice and illegality of this government and be a patriot. The choice is fully yours to make at this point in time.

The show-stopper is that the Hammond’s have asked the Bundy’s to stand down.
So since the Bundy’s *aren’t* standing down, chains are being yanked. Legs are being pulled.
And if we aren’t smart, they’ll manage to have a bunch of White, Christian, rural or suburban Republican gun-owners arrested, shot, and/or portrayed in such a way as to generate massive public opinion to shift against everyone who believes in the Right To Keep and Bear Arms (RKBA).
Now, if we are smart in this instance, please keep in mind that they are going to hit us *again* with more setups prior to Obama leaving Office mid January, 2017.

Patriot Ammon Bundy
This is about what your out of control regime has been engaged in since Jimmy Carter as in the White House. Carter seized huge swaths of Alaska land for refuges and you just saw the image Obama, changing the name of Mount McKinley, named to honor the assassinated American President, for an aboriginal name which it was never known as.
What has been taking place in Oregon is a Regime Cancer as a land grab of State Lands, and those lands are farm and ranch lands, as much as your lands, but do not forget in any of this, that you are not welcome in these refuges, parks and wilderness acres.
It does not matter that the Hammond’s to save themselves and their families, have rolled over in disassociating from this occupation. One can not blame the Hammond’s as they would end up dead in their cells too as too many people who end up in custody and the feds then retaliate on the wards in their gulags.
What the Hammond Situation reveals is the war upon Americans, which is waged in every form by this regime, in every agency, and continues to expand as image Obama unleashes more illegal infringements on disarming Americans.
It is a rare event to see American Patriots involved in resistance against the regime. It is not a rare event though, and you will note that “ ... “ will not cover this event, but cover it up. You will notice no member of the media is going to appear there to make a stand for America, as they are all shills intent on protecting their millions to brainwash all of you.
Ammon Bundy is taking a stand. He and his group are being smeared as are the Hammonds in clever propaganda. If you do not care about this event nor understand it, it simply means the reality that the American in you was exterminated long ago.
This entire story is but the evidence of how utterly dead America is and how vanished Americans have become as a specie.

Because the government has them scared to death. Besides, the issue is larger than just the Hammonds...it is an issue of a government acting in a corrupt and illegal manner to persecute American citizens.
Out here in the west, as you know, the encroachments have been long standing and ever and ever more burdensome and more and more against the constitution.
I am aware of that, My wife's people lost 10 million acres in a Federal land grab, all done legally, where they were given deeds to their land, and at the same time, bills for back taxes. Her take on that is that the government took the land once, what's to stop them from taking it again?
The other side of the family has been fighting to not only retain, but continue to use land in the family since the first half of the 1600s. Little is left, and law after law has stripped riparian rights, established buffer zones in which now nine permits are required to cut down a tree in your yard, much less nearly 20 acres of mature red oak (not happening--there is an egret rookery in there, now and even deadfall cannot be cut and removed).
But the fight goes on.
Most of America will not be able to identify with this as casus belli.
They will look at those who do 'get it' as aberrant and extremists. They don't own land, except as a patch of grass for a house, and they haven't made their living farming, ranching, logging, mining, or drilling for oil and gas. To them, literally extracting a living from the land is an alien concept beyond flipping houses.
In their mind, all else should be available for them to recreate as they choose, to the detriment of the tidewater estuary I grew up on, ecologically devastated for just such a purpose.
Sad, but true.
It is up to us to educate them, despite the psuedoscience being slathered about about endangered species for the purpose of making land grabs.
Thank you for the tremendous work you have done on Klamath, which explained a lot to anyone who would listen or read.
To achieve the proportions the Founders had, 100,000,000 people must passionately understand what is at issue here, and be willing to do something about it.

It is, but I have little doubt there were moments when things got intense. That might be a summary of all that went on, but it was likely spread out.
There is a jump site over near Ft. Peck, in Montana. I would not doubt that there might be a couple around these parts but I don't think anyone has looked for them. That might be a fun outing, and I know of a couple of places to look. In fact, I found a partial skull in one of them many years ago.
All that hokum about living in harmony with nature and only killing what they needed is just that: hokum. They had a run and ate, butchered, jerked and and smoked meat until the pile smelled too bad, then moved on..
