The premise was the Republicans should do something that will “stop this”. Even if you can show that the Republicans have standing to challenge this and even if the Republicans get an injunction in a circuit court, DOJ will appeal to a higher court. If DOJ loses there, they will appeal to the DC Court. If DOJ loses there, DOJ will appeal to the USSC. While all those appeals work through the system, the Executive Orders will stand. Obama will be out of office before you can complete this process. How has that stopped anything? If you want to stop these executive orders, you need to get a new executive who will repeal them on his/her first day in office.
This forum is full of well meaning people demanding that the “Republicans do something”. Do something? Do what? If you want to claim the Republicans need to “do something to stop this” and you can’t describe what “something” will stop this, then you’re just looking for an excuse to blame Republicans.

We should BE BLAMING REPUBLICANS for all of it! The reason they can’t “do something to stop this,” is that there aren’t enough of them to overrride a veto. And just why aren’t there enough of them? Answer: because the voters decided a decade ago that the GOPe wasn’t worth a $hit so they didn’t elect enough of them to be able to “do anything about anything!” The voters have neutered the GOPe because they know that they’re as big a fraud as the RATs! So Yes, we should be blaming them. I know I do.
